The apartment is all aquipted with dishwasher, laundry machine, fridge, gas, oven and all set of plates pots and pans. Great pools and sport club. Extra payment for electricity gas and water. “We stayed in September, my partner and I and our small child. We had a very good time, the staff was very welcoming and kind, the rooms were clean, the cuisine was very good and they were very helpful in changing the dish, even the child's eating was always done very well. Hotel with convenient parking, very close sea, restaurants, games and city center 5 minutes walk away. Polite and very cheerful owner during both lunch and dinner times, and a good singer. We will definitely be back. We recommend it for everyone.”

“Just wrapped up a 5 night stay here. I’m fairly happy with our stay. The view from room 103 is a quite good view of the forest grove. A couple of things they could improve on are the manners of the breakfast manager, he is very abrupt seems to have arbitrary rules about eating outside or not. Also some of the room fixtures need replacing due to being worn. The location is near Bologna Metro and I liked the quiet location. The night manager was very helpful with bus route suggestions.”

“Very unethical behaviour, Not trustable. Money charged however they confirmed verbally at checkin that I can cancel free of charge. they told me I can cancel the room free of charge, as bathroom was not in good condition and there was no other room in the hotel available. I trusted the words and left the hotel however later money did not refund. When I contact them they denied it and told me to go to Parliman if I have any problem. The reception told me it is fine I can cancel free of charge, however they sent booking an email same time that money will not refund. As I was not in the loop of email I did not see the conversation and only trust the reception.”

“We had a great vacation at the Hotel Perla in Lido di Jesolo. Excellent staff and excellent cuisine. Rooms kept very clean. You feel very comfortable in the hotel and in the great surroundings. Parking spaces directly at the hotel. Parasol and loungers included in the price. All in all, a wonderful stay, we will definitely come back.”

“This place is an absolute nightmare. First of all, due to a mistake, we had to pay twice for our room. That's not a problem, we're gonna handle it, but the guy at the reception wasn't the kindest... He didn't really tried to help us, the only thing, that he cared about was that when he's gonna get his money... Allright, I got it, the show must go on, even is a customer fails at a point, but come on... The second... We booked a single, NON SMOKING room, with two separate beds. We got a double bed, with the smell of a tobacco factory, marks of cigarette burns on the blankets, and the best part, that the blanket we got was dirty as hell. The only good point in the place is that it's close to a subway station, and the city centre.”
