“Amazing food in a small village. You choose the right dishes and dessert from a daily menu, you pay a fixed fee. The wine and other beverage menu is also very diverse. Sergio is a good host, you should definitely stop by. The hotel is an old but well designed place on the upper floor of the restaurant. The lady in charge of cleaning was very friendly. But the lack of air conditioning and refrigerator in the room was a big problem in the summer heat.”

“Room 226 was big enough for the two of us, with a XXL bed and a balcony with a great view on the pool and exposure. Breakfast was enjoyable with large hours, so we did not need to rush. The reception was very helpful for all our demands (sunshade, taxi, cloakroom) and we did appreciate the complementary drink offered at another hotel of the group, with amazing rooftop view. It went above our expectations and we'll certainly book this hotel again. Great location, close to every points of interest for us.”

“This was the classic and amazing hostel experience i needed. Our host was incredibly friendly and courteous. Kinda felt like visiting family but only the part you actually like and enjoy spending time with. We talked about surfing and where to eat and to shop if we wanted to cook in the kitchen obv the weather because it was pretty bad and were we are from etc... And tbh i am sure whatever problem one could have it would have been solved in no time. The kitchen we were allowed to use was amazing and there was everything you needed to cook at the ready. If someone was using a bathroom there were plenty more and if u wanted to just hangout you could either go for the nice balcony or any of the other community rooms. The whole stay just felt super relaxed and intimate. Also obviously english was no problem at all. We really enjoyed our stay and will come back when we visit zarautz again!”

“We stayed 4 nights. The best thing about this hotel is its location next to many stores, restaurants and one of Gaudí's buildings. We also liked the breakfast buffet (the waiters were very nice people). What we didn't like were the rooms which were small, had smells, with terrible design and in need of fixing and renovation, my room didn't even had a chair and table. Overall it's not a bad hotel but definitely I wouldn't stay there again.”

“Excellent hotel right on Plaza Nueva. Very central. Car parking is available 25 meters away at €25. The hotel send your vehicle details to the Police so you are authorised to drive into the central zone. Rooms are quite large and have a small fridge and bathroom with plenty of toiletries. Taxi rank and bus stop in the square. If you visit Alhambra, it is a 10 minute walk downhill to the plaza. I would recommend this hotel.”
