“Just 15' from the train and bus termini and between embassies (secure area) is this very beautiful hotel. The rooms are renovated and very clean, as are all areas of the hotel. But what wins you from the first moment is the kindness of the staff! I refer both to the gentlemen at the reception, who from the first moment give you a map of Rome with all the attractions and are always willing to help, as well as to the ladies who take care of cleaning and serve breakfast. It was our pleasure to see them, they always had a smile and a good mood. Finally, the breakfast had specific options but covered all preferences. The main thing for us was that everything was clean and of high quality. If we find ourselves in the city again, it will definitely be our first and only choice! Worth!! Thanks for all!”

“I stayed at the hotel for 5 days with a group of 27 people. We used single, double and triple rooms. Very good location of the hotel, close to the central station, from which we traveled to many cities in Puglia. Hotel on a side street, peace and quiet. Close to public transport stops. Rooms very well equipped, clean. We enjoyed very good breakfasts. Hotel staff very nice and helpful. It was a nice stay. I sincerely recommend it.”

They were very helpful and suggested the beaches that would be perfect for that day. The location offers free parking very close to the accomodations. “On holiday the week of August (unfortunately just over) at the LIDO hotel! Let me start by saying that I chose this hotel with little trust on the part of my husband and my son (14 years old) who, however, immediately changed their minds!! 😅! First of all the location... 5 steps and you're on the beach, the best when it's hot and 5 minutes from the center in the evening! And then from the moment we arrived, we were struck by the kindness and helpfulness of Mrs. Sandra (always a beautiful presence) and her son Luca equally... Hats off to the staff in the kitchen and in the dining room who delighted us in an optimal way, plentiful and "repeated" often 😋! For a fussy person like me, many compliments to the staff for the cleanliness both in the room and elsewhere... and then seeing the fireworks and the sunrise from the splendid terrace overlooking the sea... a spectacle every day! 😍! There is no lift, it's true, but Luca immediately agreed to help us with our luggage...! In short, everyone passed with flying colors and thanks to you at the Lido hotel, my "little men" husband and son ❤️ (who also found great company at bathroom 38) also promoted and thanked me for the wonderful holiday!! 😉😍”

“A lovely and civilized place in a charming old town. Like so many of the houses in the town it carries a sign about its history. Our standard room was spacious, comfortable and very well appointed and we were very kindly assisted by the elegant hostesses. Quality in the restaurant was high as well, we enjoyed delicious local dishes (knodel and pasta) with preparation quality and taste equivalent of the slowfood approved restaurant in nearby Rungen. We would be very happy to return.”

“For the price paid, this was a great place to stay!! The room furniture was a bit old fashioned but we had a big bed (bigger than a queen size) and the bathroom had been refurbished. It was spacious and the shower bigger than the usual tiny European size. Our room was cleaned daily and the towels replaced. All employees were very courteous and kind. We had a safe place to park in the courtyard. The area wasn’t fancy but well kept and we felt save. Close to all the downtown stuff.”
