“We spent 5days in Green Peace hotel, absolutely loved this treasure place. Highly recommended place to those ones who wants to be away from crowd and enjoy quiet moments of holiday. We got absolutely great service from the whole team, including receptionist, chef, waiters and cleaners. Got help and support for while length of stay. Breakfast was included, my personal favourite was a cheesy pastry, but egg product, cereals, sausages and cheese options with vegetable was available too. Hope we gonna get the chance to return soon, until that, thank you for help, and wishing you the best.”

I would have given them a 5 star review but they didn’t have a jacuzzi, there’s no internet inside the rooms, and for the breakfast and dinner there’s no buffet it’s just 1 type of food that everyone eats you don’t get to pick what you want.”

“Their own website states this is a 5 Star Hotel. How, I really wonder how? The Hotel is extremely small and I just noticed it has only 15 rooms, How can a 15 room hotel be termed as a 5 star? Please explain. There is no swimming pool and yet it is termed as a 5 star? How, Please explain. We stayed there in two slots as we had to break our stay due to our pre planned itinerary. The first slot we stayed for two nights, the rooms had dim lighting, with the bulbs of most lights having been fused off. When we informed the boy who assisted us to the room, he said they will fix it tomorrow as there is no maintenance staff on duty at 10 pm now. How is this termed a 5 star without 24 hour maintenance, please explain? The next day we were out on tour and when we returned our rooms were done up but the lights were not fixed. Is this the service of a 5 star hotel, please explain? The breakfast spread, was limited with most items being repeated on our stay of 4 nights with no live counter. They charge extra for Omelettes wherein the menu is placed on the table. How is this termed a 5 star, please explain? The rooms are so small, whereas from the pictures they look massive, guess we were fooled with the pictures. One opens a suitcase and there is no place to move about in the room. Imagine opening four suitcases for the family of four that we were, we had to walk into the suitcases. Yet, the website states this is a 5 star hotel, How? The extra beds in our family room are so small, it was like placed there just to accommodate a family of four without any luxury. Please understand it is luxury 5 star that we booked, How is this termed a 5 star, please explain? On our second slot of stay, our rooms were changed, fair enough. However, the family that booked the family room just had one room with no privacy with the child in the same room. This room was even smaller than what we booked for. How is this termed a 5 star, please explain? Our request for late check out, was not met, we understand due to overbooking etc. However, we genuinely believe this was not the case. We were charged extra for a full night which we readily paid in cash to ensure we had a late check out due to our flight timings. So much for service at a 5 star hotel. Our luggage which was to be retained in a locker room although was safe, was infact kept in the gym. So there is no locker room by our estimate. How is this termed a 5 star, please explain?
