“The service is really awful The guys at the reception are not interested at all in providing a good service. I arrived from Sao Paulo at 3a.m. in the morning on the 8th, the staff confirmed to me that I would be able to check in early morning by paying one day more (from the 7th) but when I arrived they told me "nao tem vaga". And I had to wait hours before they gave me a room despite I had reserved beforehand. The same happened on the 10th. I had originally booked until the 11th, I asked for an extension until the 13th, the guy with blonde hair at the reception said "Ok" but on the 11th they asked me to go away because "nao tem vaga". I had to find another accommodation in a hurry despite they had accepted my reservation until the 13th The guy at the reception on the 11th of March even mocked me when I asked him if he could provide some alternatives Please avoid this hotel at all costs.”

“Horrible place to stay! Rooms are small ours had a mirror on the ceiling and rooms are hot even though they have air conditioning. Front desk monitors everything Even the elevator. My husband and I had an argument in the elevator and I was escorted off the premises. There are a lot of homeless people around outside the hotel.”

“Had a very bad experience here. Before arrival the full amount that was owed for the room was taken from my account, but then when I arrived they also insisted on taking another card payment for a holding fee. I didn't have a choice here and tried to explain that I didn't really have enough money to do this. In the end I had no choice. The manager was very rude and patronising. I was told that the holding fee would be transferred back to my account immediately, this was not the case. It took a whole month for the payment to be transferred back to my account. This left me short of money as I was traveling on a tight budget. I will never stay here again in my life. It was very stressful and the customer service I received here was absolutely terrible.”
