“Wow, what can I say about this place? The hosts are extremely friendly and welcoming. We stayed here during a bike packing trip and they offered us their hose and even a rag to wash our bikes upon arriving. Check in was smooth and straightforward. The room was already the perfect temperature when we arrived and we had a thermostat for the room if needed. The room was very comfortable and clean. Although we didn't get a chance to use the pool, it was open and looked really nice. We'll be coming back if we're in the area again!”

“Perfect hotel close to the airport. I needed a place to stay with an airport shuttle as my flights were cancelled due to the snow storm. No advance reservations were needed for the shuttle, just show up at the desk and they will take you. And just call from the airport and they will come and get you. Hotel was nice and clean. My room was clean and spacious. They have a great breakfast in the morning and the option of a to go bag if you have to leave early. The pool looked nice, we didn't use it.”

“An amazing place, right across from Function Junction and breweries in a quiet area, 10-15 min drive to the main Whistler Village, regular public transit bus stop to Whistler located outside, public transit is wheelchair accessible, clean, friendly staff. Booked wheelchair accessible room and it was excellent. Wide door, Roll in shower, roll under sink, lots of space for wheelchair and accessories around the bed, elevator access. Private attached accessible washroom was amazing and made the trip possible. Carpet and one or two little transitions about 1.5 inches high through doorways. Bed is very low to ground so be prepared for uphill transfers out. Jostle mattress so be ready for that. Overall a great inclusive and enabling experience.”

“Good stay I liked the amenities provided :iron, ironing board, microwave, fridge (in terms of size and functionality) , coffee maker, the food storage cupboard or pantry. I liked the toiletries. I also liked the room size and the bed sizes. Breakfast was good especially the cinnamon rolls. The restaurant staff, Lucy was very friendly, engaging and helpful. The indoor pool. All the staff were courteous and professional. The hotel is located is a nice quiet area. Parking is available. To say I am disappointed about room cleaning would be an understatement. I am beyond disappointed. I have never experienced this in any hotel I have stayed in, globally. My room was not cleaned even once. The hotel policy states rooms will be cleaned on the 5th day of your stay. On the 5th day my room was not cleaned. I requested for the room to be cleaned and to my utter shock and disappointment nothing was done about it. I have no idea if this was done to all guests or if we were deliberately discriminated.”

“I chose to book this hotel due to the outstanding reviews and it lived up to the high praises and more. I stayed at this hotel for a work trip that was 3 weeks long and I must say it was such a wonderful, comfortable and warm stay. The minute you enter the hotel, the staff at the front desk are always welcoming you with a warm greeting and well wishes. The staff present during breakfast were also so friendly and so were the housekeeping staff. The rooms were super modern, clean and freshened daily. The bed was comfortable and linens were comfortable as well; they also have blackout shades which were SO handy for my days off when I wanted to sleep in after the sun was out. Breakfast is included and it was delicious always. This hotel is located in a perfect area & my commutes were within 10 minutes at all times, no matter where I was headed. I am so glad I stumbled upon this place. Google might say 2-star hotel but the service is 5 stars for sure! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!”

“My room was booked for me for a corporate trip. The room was clean, but nothing overly special and felt dated; your standard 2 full bed room. There is a stove, sink & fridge combo in the room, which would be great for a multi-night stay. Water pressure in the shower was almost non-existent. Restaurant was ok. Server was there to greet and take an order, but that's about it (wasn't offered a drink, which I found odd for a restaurant on a Friday) No idea on the price, but if you want the basics to rest your head, this will work. I personally will not be booking again”

“HORRIBLE customer service!!! We stayed for a wedding which was at 3:00 but check-in was also at 3:00 and they were quite rude when we asked if we could check in early to get ready for the wedding. Our shuttle was leaving at 2:30 to take us to the venue. We called weeks in advance and were told to call the morning of, but when we called the morning of, we were told they could not guarantee early check in but would try their best. We had 3 rooms booked with a total of 8 adults in our group. When we arrived at 2:15, they allowed us in 1 of our rooms. We were not offered any discounts even though there was a very large group staying there for the wedding (all feeling just as frustrated with the staff). We checked in our other rooms after we arrived back from the wedding (around mid-night) and paid $235 dollars per room plus tax! And then we had to be out by 11 the next morning, which I know is standard check-out time but they could have been more accommodating considering the circumstances. But nope, not at all! The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The rooms were clean, lots of pillows and nice bedding. Very close to our venue and close to amenities as well. But I would not ever return to this hotel based solely on how the staff treated us and spoke to us. They did not go out of their way whatsoever to be kind or show any hospitality whatsoever. Thumbs-down for Customer Service at this hotel 👎👎👎”
