“Just 15' from the train and bus termini and between embassies (secure area) is this very beautiful hotel. The rooms are renovated and very clean, as are all areas of the hotel. But what wins you from the first moment is the kindness of the staff! I refer both to the gentlemen at the reception, who from the first moment give you a map of Rome with all the attractions and are always willing to help, as well as to the ladies who take care of cleaning and serve breakfast. It was our pleasure to see them, they always had a smile and a good mood. Finally, the breakfast had specific options but covered all preferences. The main thing for us was that everything was clean and of high quality. If we find ourselves in the city again, it will definitely be our first and only choice! Worth!! Thanks for all!”

“Nicebed and breakfast hotel close to Roma Termini, 5 minutes walk from central train station in Rome. Hotel reception in the 3rd floor. Located in a building where there are also other hotels. The room was comfortable for a family of 3. Lots of eating options nearby. Few of the key attractions like Colosseum was 15 minutes away by walk. There is a metro station close by as well and bus, tram options available making commute to key attractions in Rome and Vatican easy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Simple yet good breakfast. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The heating system was good to keep us warm. The shower area was a small, just sufficient to fit a person but otherwise the place is pretty good.”

“We stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights when we visited Rome. The location is good, walkable distance from the Colosseum, but that’s pretty much it. The hotel itself is not clean. It’s also pretty smelly. We try to open the window to get some fresh air but it didn’t help much. Their hair dryer is nasty and looks like a vacuum cleaner. How difficult is it a have a normal hair dryer? They also try to cut cost by shutting down the hot water periodically, so I wasn’t even able to take a hot shower for the first night. The worst part is that when we were heading out, the receptionist lady, Mary, happened to pass by, and she walked straight into our room without our permission, to check if we have turned off the AC and lights. She has zero sense of privacy. You don’t walk into your guest’s room just like that. This is unacceptable to me.”

“Despite the weather not having cooperated with the holidays, the hotel staff did their best to make our stay as good as possible, the receptionists and the lady who took care of cleaning our room are extremely polite and kind, especially Rachele who is very friendly, she is really adorable. The hotel is nice, clean, with a view and exit to the sea, the room is good, everything worked as it should. Dinner was excellent, I recommend Pasta Carbonara and some fritters made with pizza dough (I just couldn't stop eating that, how delicious!!!), the only thing I thought wasn't so good was the breakfast, because there were no basic things like cheese or butter (this one I asked if there was and dear Rachele brought it to me), but the cake is very fluffy and the coffee is of great quality. I recommend the hotel and would like to return when possible.”

“This hotel is crazy, charging us £892 for two nights for a quadruple room. The space is so small that there is no place to stay. The sliding door of the bathroom is broken, and the refrigerator and air conditioner cannot be used. The whole room was filled with a foul smell. Staying here gave my friend skin allergies! very scary! Stay away from this hotel, I'm going to report them a scam!”

“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Rome! While the rooms and beds were on the smaller side, they were impeccably clean, which is always a top priority for me. The location near the Vatican was perfect for a quieter experience, away from the bustling city center. What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They happily provided us with extra pillows, stored our luggage on our check-out day, and even arranged a taxi for us. Their willingness to assist with a smile made our stay even more enjoyable. In summary, this hotel may offer basic rooms, but its cleanliness, excellent customer service, and peaceful location near the Vatican make it a standout choice for a pleasant stay in Rome.”

“Please do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel. They claim to be 3 stars but they're not. I got a room with a broken AC unit. I told the reception and they told me not to worry and by the time I get back, my room would be cold. We got back at 11 pm that night with 30 degrees in Rome. The room was still hot. The staff offered to get me a fan but when going back to the room, the plug outlets didn't work either. I ended up leaving the hotel close to midnight to another hotel by the Spanish Steps for a much more expensive price. Please avoid a headache and don't book here. They need a major renovation. 1 star is too high of a rating for this place.”

“This is clearly fake representation, they’ve got in fact 2 hotel in 1. The one on the picture which is renovated and pretty cute and then an other part where the rooms are old and smells like mold. There is no pictures of those old room on the site and if you book a standard room , this is what your gonna get, without access to the cute commun kitchenette area with coffee and tea machine. Manager and staff are rude and not welcoming at all. I had argument with them about the room because we didn’t get what we paid for and after 2 hours they agreed to discount my reservation. It was a very bad experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.”
