“On holiday the week of August (unfortunately just over) at the LIDO hotel! Let me start by saying that I chose this hotel with little trust on the part of my husband and my son (14 years old) who, however, immediately changed their minds!! 😅! First of all the location... 5 steps and you're on the beach, the best when it's hot and 5 minutes from the center in the evening! And then from the moment we arrived, we were struck by the kindness and helpfulness of Mrs. Sandra (always a beautiful presence) and her son Luca equally... Hats off to the staff in the kitchen and in the dining room who delighted us in an optimal way, plentiful and "repeated" often 😋! For a fussy person like me, many compliments to the staff for the cleanliness both in the room and elsewhere... and then seeing the fireworks and the sunrise from the splendid terrace overlooking the sea... a spectacle every day! 😍! There is no lift, it's true, but Luca immediately agreed to help us with our luggage...! In short, everyone passed with flying colors and thanks to you at the Lido hotel, my "little men" husband and son ❤️ (who also found great company at bathroom 38) also promoted and thanked me for the wonderful holiday!! 😉😍”

“Do not order in this hotel!!! Very bad owner, won't cancel your stay, even though a force major like fluids of all Emilia Romagna took place. cancelling 2 days before is not enough for him. We had reserved a night for 19-20 of may. The fluids of Emilia Romagna cannot permit access to riccionne not with train,not with bus, not with car. We cancelled our reservation 2 days before arriving. Yet, the owner Luigi refused to cancel. We phoned him again in the morning of our reservation explained him we have no way to come to the the hotel. He didn't care, he charged us for the night and for two breakfast knowing we won't come. Before writing this comment we went to the hotel and spoke with the owner. Luigi the owner ,keep with his selfish attitude all he cares is about money.”

“We just left and we feel sad like when you say goodbye to your family. It is the second year that we have stayed with Lucia and Giovanni at the Vienna hotel and we confirm the excellent experience we had. The care and attention to our every need and that of our 3 young children who were treated as if they were their own was unparalleled. Daily cleaning of the hotel which was noticeable because when we returned from the sea there was always an excellent clean smell, as I like it. The cuisine was impeccable as always, the breakfast was plentiful and nothing pre-packaged. The hotel is located practically opposite the sea and a stone's throw from any entertainment for adults and children. See you again next year! Thank you very much, from Francesca and Antonino. “We randomly booked a full board stay at this family run hotel and had a great time. The structure is located not far from the center, in 10 minutes of walking you arrive in viale Dante. The nearby bus stop 11 allows you to easily reach viale Ceccarini or Rimini in the opposite direction. The staff is very kind: Vanessa immediately made us feel at home, as well as the guys in the dining room (especially Mary). The food is good and with the possibility of choosing between 2 daily menus and water included. The price is really competitive, considering that the rental of an umbrella and 2 sunbeds on the "Da Giovanni" beach (a few meters from the hotel) was included, as well as the entrance to the Beach Village water park (near the hotel) for the entire duration of the stay. The rooms are spotless, tastefully furnished and equipped with all comforts (including hairdryer and safe). The top floor terrace from where you can admire the wonderful panorama is wonderful.”

“Not a very pleasant experience with regard to the food, the location and the room, all in all satisfied, judgment given on the basis of an experience with other 2-stall hotels already lived at the same price ... the guys at the reception are available and nice as the waiters, however if you complain about something you only receive an apology but without any solution, as far as the food is concerned it is better to avoid, not for a question of quality, speaking clearly whoever is in the kitchen has the wrong job, the buffet is on the lunch and dinner menu always proposed and re-proposed with the usual vegetables, the first day at lunchtime we weren't even able to taste some of the things on the buffet because it was poor. The day before leaving we noticed how the dessert was prepared ..... left out of the freezer to then be served. In the end, if you want to eat decently I do not recommend it for the rest it is a good comfortable structure and very close to clubs and the beach.”
