“We had the best time at the Inn at Fall River! We were sad to only be able to stay a night. We will definitely be back! Check in was a breeze, host was very communicative and the place was even better in person. Heated floors in the bathroom, a jacuzzi tub and the hot tub right across the deck! Complimentary robes and slippers were a lovely surprise as well. Thank you for a wonderful stay! 😊”

“Our team came to the hotel for a wrestling tournament. The property is spectacular, our room was perfect. Checkin was quick and easy. However, the breakfast could be a lot better. Had to inform the front desk that they were out of coffee a half hour in, then found mold on the bagels. The juice was watery. Whatever, still planned to leave a nice review. Our last night a few of us parents decided to hang out in the lobby everything was great front desk super fun and friendly. Once shift change the night lady decide to be super rude and sarcastic to us. Talking about “I run a tight ship” we did absolutely nothing wrong. Nowhere did we see that the lobby closed at a certain time yet she insisting we get out of the lobby as if our presence was bothering her. Considering the hotel was booked out because of the wrestling teams I would expect a lot better hospitality ESPECIALLY from a Hilton hotel. Customer service is everything.”

“The WORST hotel experience our family has ever had. I hope this review saves somebody the expense of staying at this disgusting establishment. For over $300 a night, customers need to demand a higher level of customer service, cleanliness, and hospitality. We chose this hotel because of how well the website advertised the water park. We have two young boys (8 months and 3 years). Our oldest was so excited to go swimming. The swimming pool is an absolute disgrace, and honestly a public health nightmare. It appears that it hasn’t been properly cleaned in decades. The pool tiles were so filthy that people have etched their names in the grime. Even obscene messages including “I want pus*y” can be found around the pool (zoom in on attached photos for better detail). Hair, bugs, mucus, and who knows what else is floating around in the water. The rooms are incredibly subpar, and the breakfast is laughable. Management makes themselves conveniently unavailable to address patrons concerns. How this hotel has earned over 4 stars is inconceivable. Save your health and pocketbook and stay anywhere else.”

“I've never been charged to park at the hotel I'm paying to stay at. $12 seems a little ridiculous. No coffee or breakfast unless you pay $15 extra. We stopped here because it was a little closer and convenient to our end destination but there were hotels for less that had just as good of reviews. I wouldn't stay again just because of all the extra charges. The additional charges aren't necessarily an issue but when they aren't anywhere when you're booking the room it feels shady.”

“Our two night stay at Hampton Inn was nothing short of perfect! 😁 🛏 The bed was super comfortable and big. 😁 📅 Check in was early (3 pm) and checkout was nice and late (12 pm). 😁 🔒 Deadbolt worked properly. 😁 🚿 The shower was able to get scorching hot! 😁 🚽 🪣🧽 Bathroom was spacious and clean. 😁 🚪 🪣🧽 Bedroom was tidy, roomy, and spotless. 😁🥞 Free breakfast was included! Not the most delicious but free and appreciated. 😁 🚗 Ample complimentary parking. 😁 🛣 The hotel was near the freeway for easy access to all Denver had to offer without being in the busy action of the city. 😁 🔇 Room was very quiet. 😁 🌳 The tech center was very safe and pretty with lots of greenery and even a few parks! 😐 💬📱 The only criticism I had was the lack of free wifi. Other than that everything was great, and I’d definitely stay again!!”

“Overall I feel like I got a great value here. Things were almost perfect for an economy hotel. Decent breakfast in the morning included in the rate, not great, 2 days they had chicken nuggets as the protein and one day we had omelette type egg patties. Anyway enough to get the day started if needed. Plenty of coffee. The rooms were nice, bed was comfy, my wife said her coffee machine did not work in her room, we didn't try ours in our room. It has a workout room with a treadmill that sticks when you run on it but most of them do it seems like, it has a swimming pool that's pretty decent size with a hot tub as well, and on site guest laundry if you need it. Overall service was excellent, very polite and very attentive, until last morning. Seems like the first two days in the morning was maybe part of the ownership working the desk and the last day was way too typical American employee here doing the minimum required to get a paycheck. Had to ring the bell several times over 5 min for him to come out to recharge my room key that stopped working, and when he came out he was on the phone talking to someone. Said "yeah. It's really cold...", barely spoke to me except to find out what room I was in and what my last name was, kept talking on the phone, and finally said here you go have a good day and went back in the back and kept talking on the phone. Came back down after another half hour or so and he's still walking around talking on the phone so I guess that's cool.”
