“It is a perfect location right at puerta de sol. Staff not so kind. I booked over the phone and was told 50 euros but when I arrived the guy quickly changed and said he told me 60 euros. Walls are very thin and you can hear everything from your neighbors. Had a very noisy neighbor who talked with the phone till very late at night. Staff was not as helpful. Clean rooms and a big enough size. Location of the socket was not good if you want to work with computer at the desk. The idea of curtain for the bathtub is not great. Lots of flooding as you take a shower.”

“The stay here was an excellent choice for the price. The hotel was simple, cozy, and clean, offering great value. They also had convenient vending machines that provide a variety of food, beverages, and even toiletries. The room, while lacking a cupboard for storing luggage, did have a few hangers for clothes. To be noted that the bathroom design might be a bit unusual due to a shared door design. They also provide with soap, shampoo and clean towels. While the staff was generally friendly, it's essential to mention that there was a slight incident where the cleaning staff entered the room without any notice, which was highly inappropriate. Despite this, the overall experience, including a smooth check-in and check-out process, was positive. Additionally, the location was fantastic, with easy access to the metro and bus services, which allowed us to explore nearby places on foot as well.”

“The personnel were very polite and always smiling so I was pleased . Except not everyone spoke English. Also at first it wasn't clear were is the reception since it is located in the 8th floor and when you come inside the building you dont know were to go as there is only elevator. All in all as a Hostel it is decent and personnel helpful. What I didn't like is that conditioner didn't worked properly so it was hot temperature in the room and I had to open windows before sleep. It can get noisy outside in the morning when the windoes are open so it affected my sleep.”
