“I returned here because of good previous experiences. This time was not good. It began with a room that had no desk lamp. Instead of just finding me a lamp, she gave me a different room. It was 30-40 minutes before I could even unload into my room after a 650-mile drive. This hotel wasn't even on the way for me but I wanted to stay somewhere safe and nice, because that's how i remembered it. The next room I got was filthy. The carpet wasn't vacuumed. The floor wasn't washed. There was even blood on the carpet. The vent screens in the A/C unit were black and hadn't been washed in a long time. The bed wasn't comfortable. The breakfast wasn't as good as other La Quinta locations. For $140, I expect better than a Motel 6 quality. The manager should've either comped the room or given me a 50% discount. By the way, I'm a Diamond member and had to remind her to give me the free bottle of water (woohoo - a $0.50 bottle on a $140 room).”

“We came for an event. Booked on the spot. Gave me a discount for being a memeber so I paid less than normal. Also got breakfast 🍳. And check out is at 11am. Only thing was the pool is not heated pool if not this place would be perfect 😍 also rooms are clean. They have a microwave and fridge. No bathtubs. But it’s very comfortable and decent.”

“The staff were helpful and friendly, which made our stay pleasant. I requested a room switch due to personal reasons, and the guy taking care of the front desk at night was very helpful and patient taking care of my request (very much appreciated). Room is decent and meet our basic needs. Great location, able to walk to nearly shopping malls and take buses to go around.”
