“because I was tired after a trip out of town, I stayed in transit at this hotel and it really made my mood not good. The parking lot is very dark, there is no lift access to the lobby on each parking floor, access to the lobby lift requires going up and down stairs where at that time I was carrying quite a lot of stuff. the elevator is not running normally. the elevator button is hard to press. the room was quite stuffy, the AC only produced air but it wasn't too cold. the towels smell musty. the breakfast menu is not very tasty in my opinion. cutlery is not refilled when it is not there. The inside of the restaurant is very hot, no AC is provided. My conclusion is that I am not comfortable with this hotel even though it is in the city center. I will not stay here again.”

“Unfinished yet hotel. Elevator isn't working yet. Just open 9 December 2019. Room too small and bathroom too big seems waste of space. I booked room with breakfast but the didn't have a restaurant yet so they returned small amount of my money. Parking is consuming other shop space. TV is awesome with xiaomi android tv which has youtube installed. Rushing made this hotel isn't ready in many ways.”
