“We are returning guests and as with the previous visit, the hotel is amazing! The staff are terrific and very helpful. We had a great room looking out to one of the side 'lanes' and the room was immaculate as were both bathrooms. The only request we would recommend is perhaps another staff member to help with the breakfast service but this is a minor detail. The location is like being part of a film set, truly stunning! Being such great value, this hotel is a must for those wanting to be in the heart of the eternal city of Rome. Thank you all again. Patrick & Sasha”

“It is a fantastic hotel, with very nice service and a good location. I don't remember when I felt so welcome last time. All was explained clearly, and we've received a lot of extra tips about what to see, where to go, how to move, or how to get to the airport. The food was delicious, and the room and bathroom were very clean. We liked the style of the furniture. We were very pleased with our stay. The hotel is very close to the bus station, so we didn't have to go very far early in the morning. If we travel to Venice again, we will choose this place again. I can highly recommend it!”

“The place is incredible. It was our first trip to Alps but we decided t have it as a tradition. This hotel was the best place to celebrate New Year. They offered amazing dinner for reasonable price, organized amazing fireworks and even provided shuttle for those who wanted to join the disco in Ortisei. Tiziana and her family are the most welcoming people. The room quality and cleanliness was outstanding. Even every window was crispy clean and it is extremely important in the place like this where view is a big asset. Dinners and breakfast were very delicious. The amenities offered by the hotel were perfect: great size pools, saunas, nice cozy fireplace and many board games. The team working in this hotel is highly warm, welcoming and dedicated. My only suggestion for improvement would be to update the pillows and towels inventory.”

“This is a very nice, clean and modern hotel with a very kind and friendly hotelier. The hotel is conveniently located close to ski buses and to the shops. Also ideal for cross-country skiing, which is just across from the hotel. Breakfast is very nice and dinner in a generous portion. We do recommend and we would come back!!:)”

“We visited hotel for a week in the winter. My wife and child have allergies which makes this type of travel rather difficult at times - most hotels restaurants can't accommodate their needs, we have to bring our own food and so on. Not so in Hotel Madonnina - hotel inquired about allergies and each morning there was a separate menu card for each allergic person, with choice of meals and variety. Meals were delicious, which often isn't a case with allergic assortment. They provided deserts, judging from freshness - they baked it themselves. This is unbelievable attention to detail and care for the client. If you have this type of allergic problems, this is best place to stop. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room we had was spacious enough by this standard, clean and well kept. Beds were comfortable, with stiff and soft pillow provided for each person. Wellness area is clean and well thought out. Kids can be little loud, but that's normal in Italy. Staff monitors the area and keeps order which is also something unusual. Overall i can't recommend this hotel enough. We'll come back in the future.”

“My family had reservation for 7 days and left early after 3 nights only. The place looks nice on the pictures but here are a few things that made them leave early - service is awful: staff does not speak good English and very rude. My family was asked to pay for days they did not stay and the staff was literally harassing them - food is a disgusting: while the restaurant looks nice, the food selection and cooking is inferior. My family said they liked fish and the staff said the fish is delicious. But it turns out they cooked no fish for the 3 days they were there. - location is a tad far. While it's only a block away from the beach, the walk to the beach feels long and a bit disconnected from the overall experience. Overall, bad stay. Hotel Principe ruined Rimini for me and my family. Simple to say, we are not going back.”

“This hotel is well cared for and renovated over the years it is of a high standard inside and outside . The rooms are large and clean with good air conditioning. Car parking is on the road for free. Walking distance to restaurants and the beach and promenade across the road. The hotel also has its own lido and one of the best and well maintained lido that I have seen. The beach is clean and clear water. We ate in the restaurant one night a little bit pricey but the food is excellent and all fresh, pleasantly surprised. The one flaw of the restaurant is that it did not have much ambiance, too much lighting, no music but a TV was on In all from the Lido to front reception the restaurant & housekeepers the staff are all professional, kind and respectful.”

“Excellent location and stunning scenery all around. The owners were very helpful and kind and speak so many languages, it is very impressive. The rooms, pool and restaurant could all be improved slightly, especially the cleanliness, because for its price, you expect a little better, but overall it was still fantastic to stay here. Also, no one available at reception at night time, which was slightly awkward as had a couple of emergencies and needed help, got the help we needed in the end, but wasn't easy. Apart from that, the place is recommended.”

“We absolutely loved this little gem of a hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable with incredible views over the lake. The lounge/dock area is amazing with paddle boards, kayaks and a water trampoline all available for hotel guests. The hotel is located about a 2 minute walk from the bus stop and a 10 minute walk from the ferry, both of which will take you to Bellagio and other destinations on the lake. Finally, the hotel restaurant was outstanding -from the food to the views to the wine list. This hotel is low key but very comfortable. The waterfront and restaurant made our stay truly special and fabulous! I would definitely stay here again, and I highly recommend it to others.”

“I was trying to keep to my remarks- if you don’t have something good to say... But This was a 3-4 stars restaurant. The creativity and the presentation were very good but the temperature and the flavor were not up to par. The place looks like a hotel’s dining room from the 60’s and so are the toilets, entrance etc. Service was warm, welcoming, good English but way too many busy tables for front staff of three. We came here as it is Michelin recommended, but it was below the standards of any other restaurant we followed based on the same guide. Wines are priced reasonably, food and set menu overpriced (157 Euro with 18 for wine) when compared to alternatives within the region.”

“What an amazing hotel. Just come back from a mini break for our anniversary and we have had a great time. Checking in great, rooms great (especially the Jacuzzi), breakfast excellent selection and service. Even housekeeping were very helpful and nice. So close to the beach, the area is great for walking but also lots of joggers, cycling and watersport. Lots of restaurants close by and a short bus ride to the Cagliari city centre.
