Rooms are very reasonably priced for how nice and clean they are. We had a deluxe room but I believe there is a variety, including ones suited for families. Very good rainfall shower and nice full length mirror with side lighting. They have breakfast and laundry facilities. Despite being in a busy area, it’s very quiet. The beds are firm but not hard and the rooms have air conditioning. Only thing that could be improved is if it had more plush towels.”

“Rooms are very small but service and location was great. Lots of amenities in the lobby and coin-operated laundry services. Staff bring fresh towels, water, and eye masks daily and leave in a bag by your door. Great having 7-Eleven attached to the hotel. Breakfast was a standout!!”

“I think the location of the hotel was honestly was what makes this place so convenient and worth it as you’re a walk away from the station, convenient store right underneath and the city is just outside. The place itself is really nice as we found comfort in the small room. We liked how we can see the availability of the laundry from our room tv but make sure you’re on top of it as there are only three and it can be competitive depending on the times people are needing it. The lobby is located on level 2 and the lift will always stop on that level regardless if there are people needing to get off or on that level. They give plenty of amenities as well which made for a pleasant stay.”

“First day my toes hit the door stopper, ask front desk if there is any hospital still open during summer vacation, the guy said there is no good hospital still open. Then we went to an clinic close by, it takes more than 3 hours to take X-ray. That’s ok ，it’s summer vacation, just want to make sure if I was fracture or not. When we back to hotel almost near 4pm, my husband ask front desk staffs please change the towels.( if you don’t need room clean ，you still need call front desk to change the towels) THEN a guy suddenly said “I already checked, if the door stopper was broken, that’s means it is our fault, but your room stoppers without any issue, then we don’t have any responsibilities for you.” ??? From beginning to the end, my husband said NOTHING about responsibility! That’s makes us feel so uncomfortable. He was so RUDE with bad manners. Also other front desk members talking loudly when we have breakfast. I can clearly hear every word they said. I feel I was at beach party…..”

The receptionist didn’t offer/mention towel rentals, so I was stranded in the changing area trying to dry myself off with my own clothes so I could go out to rent the towels for my family and myself. Korean bathhouses always provided them, so I didn’t think to ask. Luckily everything ended up drying off quickly. All of that could have been avoided had the guy cared to offer them.”

“Dec-23: still amazing and still really clean, I'm glad to report that the food is still excellent as well and the service is top notch Apr-23: Hotel is extremely clean and located close to public transport (the rapid monorail to Haneda is awesome). Really rated the breakfast, everything was a hit, I really enjoyed the curry and breakfast sausages. The washing machine and dryer were very effective for our clothes and well priced (see the pictures). We stayed in a deluxe room, and the bed was very big and it had a separate toilet and shower area. Seems like an area for domestic travellers, no english menus anywhere we went (just the way we like it).”

“I was very happy about my stay until the last night. The cleansing staff who cleaned the room took away one of the key card I put in the room while I’m away. It’s okay as I still have a spare room key. It was like 5am in the morning, a male staff came to my room without any notice, apparently using the card which the cleansing staff had taken away. It is unacceptable as I’m a woman solo traveler. He later apologised and I’m fine with that. The most disappointing point is when I checked out at 0730, your Japanese girl staff (black hair) asked me where the hell another card was! I told her it was kept by your hotel. She asked me why and I had to tell the whole story again. Most importantly, she did not even apologise and her attitude was cool and poor. As I former hotelier, I didn’t expect a very high standard from a business hotel like this. Yet, her poor attitude further triggered me after not being able to take a good rest due to the mistake of your hotel. I don’t usually put a negative review publicly. As I can’t find any official email of your hotel, sorry that I have to write my review here.”
