“I stayed this week and satisfied overall. There was incident of water supply off in the late morning, which was very annoying. The room was clean at maximum. Good AC. Bathroom okay, maximum clean, enough space not too small not big. The bed was great, white clean sheets, one of the most comfortable bed I've experienced. Located in heart of city, easy to find food. The wall color white grey makes boring. But, overall is good choice to stay. no regret.”

“The resort is located deep within a felda settlement. There isnt much light poles on the way to the resort. The room was OK - very old school furniture and setup. Visitors who stay at the resort can access the hot springs anytime they want. If you lose the entry bracelet, you may request for a new one at the front desk. Just one little thing that needs the address. The food at the cafe (Meranti) was expectedly overpriced but the quality is nowhere near the price charged. Should’ve improved more on the food since going to the closest restaurant around the area especially during the night is quite cumbersome. There’s also Animal Village for you to visit.”

I never had allergy problem with food, medicine etc. But this sure bed bug even though I change my room at midnight but still. I go for my med treatment it’s take 1 week to recover.”

“Our stay at the hotel was a wonderful experience. We were supposed to stay only for 2 days but we liked the hotel and the city so much that we decided to extend our stay to 5 days. Rooms were clean and pretty with very comfortable beds, breakfast diversified and the staff super friendly. They even let us to leave the luggage for a couple of days, when we left for a trip with no additional fee. We felt like home and we were very sad to leave. King Park Hotel is a place to be. “The receptionist(friendly) is at level 1 , as I entered from the back (car park) there is a lift. The car park was free , just need to verified with the recptionist each time you going out. Water dispenser is at level 1. I had 2 queen/king bed in a room , which is quite spacious and very living with the led. Had the room is quite clean for me , the air-cond also is quite cold. I do not know if there is an excess from the front? Advised for the hotel , probably need to clean much better especially with the toilet would be best if was clean with proper chemical so the dirty stain will come off. Lack of channel for television , for at least to provide basic channel.”

“I believe no the all room is same like my room . In terms of price, location, and room amenities, it offers good value for money. However, there is a major issue of having cockroaches. Fortunately, they are all small cockroaches, with two on the table, one in the corner of the wall, and one coming out from the drain as soon as the toilet is flushed. This has greatly unnerved my wife. There are two other minor issues: the toilet lacks proper ventilation, and two out of the four pillows have an unpleasant odor, possibly due to not being properly dried. Nonetheless, the hotel's facilities and design are satisfactory, and the room is well-equipped. The front desk service is also good, and apart from the strong soapy smell on the bathroom floor, there are no significant odors in the room. The pricing is reasonable. I genuinely hope that the hygiene issues can be resolved. Overall, I am quite satisfied and hope to return if these issues are addressed. “A very affordable hotel located right beside Aeon Tebrau city and opposite Ikea. Room was generally clean and provides basic necessities. There's only first floor and has strong smoke smell at the corridor. However, my non-smoking room was ok. They provide coffee/tea and some basic biscuits on g-floor. Receptionist wasn't friendly.”

“Location is not bad, plenty of food options around. May experience noises at night as it is located above a karaoke. Cleanliness can be improved as found strands of hair on the bed/pillow. Hotel should consider putting refills of toilet paper/tissue paper in the room for easy access. Water pressure was great on the first night, but weirdly it gradually reduced when we shower on the second day morning. Nevertheless great for a simple stay.”

“Chanced upon this hotel at an excellent location while booking through the Agoda app. Decided to give it a try as I am in KL for 1 night only. Check in was a breeze, and the place do look quite quaint on the outside. But upon entering the room it was really small but no complains for the price. What was no too good was the housekeeping as I found dust all over the wardrobe and side table. And the flooring was quite wet as well. Worse is the design of the basin tap which was at the side of it! And the TV channels had very limited choices and the antenna was not working well. Overall I give it a 3 stars due the goof location to the shopping areas and the missing 2 stars for poor housekeeping. And give it a try if you are not too fussy about cleanliness.”

“Booked this hotel for 2 nights. The hotel is quiet near to Hospital Selayang, easy to go if had an appointment. 2 staff lady, 1 Indian and 1 sabah or sarawak I guess, was super friendly and nice. They help us a lot from booking and tv issues. Really happy to received the service from them. 5 star service. However the parking lot at rooftop level is quiet scary if you park your car there.”
