Brgy, Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon, Philippines

“The stay was quiet and room is clean and comfortable. Service and people are nice. However, restaurant food are not that interesting, but they have the diner which is cozy. Still food is soso and pricey. Enjoyed their combo rides and park activities, it's for family and kids.”

Sitio Jolo, Poblacion 5, Coron, Palawan, Philippines

“This funny-name hotel definitely exceed our expectations! The room was very modern and clean. Hotel staff were very friendly and were always having a smiling face. Although some food was a bit too greasy to my taste, the overall experience was very very good. You can also book the island hopping directly from hotel front desk. And the free towel will be provided to you just before you get on the shuttle bus to the port.”

Boracay Holiday Resort

XW5H+PCP, Sunset Road, Malay, Aklan, Philippines

“The lobby smells like zoo. Breakfast was mediocre. The pool is big and nice. The location is good just a few steps from the beach. The room is old but they try to keep it as clean as possible but they have bed bugs which gave me itchiness and rash all over my body and it didn't go away even I asked them to change the sheet. The gym is old and falling apart. The staffs are very nice and attentive. They don't provide bottled water though.”

“Stayed at airbnb. Unit was great except for heater malfunctioning towards the end of our week-long trip. Technician quick to fix but it bogged down again. Hotel staff were nice. Location great. Foggy and quiet.”

“JUST AWESOME IN SO MANY WAYS...I LOVE THESE PEOPLE!!! This may not be a 5 star hotel, heck...by USA standards it's more like a 2.5-3.0. However, the service is 10 star. The ladies and gentlemen at the front desk take care of all you need, with a smile and true hospitality. I have stayed here twice on my trips through Manila, and I will never stay elsewhere. Service means a lot to me, and these folks get my vote for most hospitable of the year! Picked me up at the airport (yes, they charge a little extra) and handled my bags all the way to the room. When I tried to order pizza, and my order was more than the delivery service allowed without credit card payment, the young lady at the front desk used her own CC to order for me. Yes, I paid her the money...but it's the SERVICE that matters! This IS my go-to hotel, and will be unless something changes!”

Hotel St. Ellis

“The room is okay - decent enough but had some security and privacy concerns when we discovered the window lead to an open ventilation area where the AC outdoor units were located and window isn't locked. We suspect one can go from one room to another via the windows. When you check in, make due diligence and check that windows are locked. And speaking of windows, there are no outside views by the way as the one we booked directly faced a firewall. They also have good car park but it gets full quickly, specially when the hotel hosts a party and guests occupy the lot. I had to park by the roadside and wake up late night to move my car into the parking lot, when party guests have left. Their breakfast buffet isn't their best feature, I can't enjoy a single item in the buffet from coffee to corned beef, which tasted like the cheapest canned corned beef you can buy from the grocery store. And everything seems cold, except for the coffee: cold corned beef, cold sausage, and garlic rice - which was too dry for me it felt like uncooked grains in the palate. Overall, our stay was decent enough. They have great beautiful lobby and nice friendly crew. Despite the negatives in some areas, I have no doubt I can tolerate all of them and still consider this place as our accommodation when visiting Legazpi in the future.”

“The hotel's location is fantastic, but the state of the place left much to be desired. We stayed at Room A3, despite being conveniently close to DMall, the passage through a run-down alley was off-putting. Upon arrival, the staff was welcoming, but the inconvenience of providing the room deposit in cash due to the lack of credit card facilities was unexpected. The room, though not luxurious, had decent beds, though they were somewhat noisy. Mosquitoes and a loud air conditioner greeted us, setting the tone for a less-than-pleasant stay. Things took a turn for the worse on the second day when a cockroach invaded our restroom, scurrying around my sister's toothbrush. Despite using insect spray (originally provided to us for mosquitoes) more appeared underneath the sink and scurried into our towels, and the late hour meant no housekeeping was available. Reporting the issue to the reception in the morning resulted in a perfunctory cleanup, with no acknowledgment of the inconvenience. Breakfast was nice, it's a good free breakfast and selection was decent enough. Breakfast service is also good except for the guy who needs training as he is obviously lacking hospitality in his gesture. At a cost of 4,300 pesos, I cannot recommend this hotel for those with a keen sense of cleanliness. Nearby options like Piccolo or Guilius, offering similar or close to price, provide a far more satisfactory experience.”
