“I was nervous staying here because of the reviews but I did truly enjoy my stay here. It is in a great location and easy to find. Even though no one is available at the desk after 11:30 am, I was still able to contact them. I sprained my ankle on my last night and one of the agents, she brought breakfast to my room since I couldn’t walk and then Lorenzo went to the pharmacy to get ankle wrap and pain medication for me and personally wrapped my foot. I am traveling by myself around Europe and I’m so grateful to have had great hospitality from the staff here.”
