“This place was 10/10 - one of the best places in the world we have stayed. The service was excellent across all areas of the hotel - staff could not to enough for us and the place was pristine - from the gardens to the pool, restaurant and rooms. The waiting staff in particular was so friendly and attentive. The hotel had extra bonuses like free horse rides, beautiful farmland, two pools, amazing food etc etc. we had an INCREDIBLE time!!”

“The hotel has been somewhat renovated, but the renovation is superficial - behind the modern furniture and upgraded bathroom, hides a dated space with old sewer piping, hence the “public bathroom” smell in the rooms. Location is good, the service is okay. Cleanliness - very poor. Will not be staying here again. P.S. The patio area is still under construction, so expect to nap to the sound of jackhammer.”

“This hotel was nice but somewhat basic. Everything was very clean, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The bed, bathroom, and breakfast are adequate: not bad, just average. The hotel is not far at all from the central district if you don't mind walking a few blocks. The neighborhood is safe and charming in a small town kind of way. If you are looking for a clean, no frills hotel on the cheaper end, this is a good choice.”

“Bring your own heater Hotel is nice, small but tidy room with small balcony. Wifi is weak so we had to use celular data which also had weak signal. Cable has limited channels with Spanish option only. There is no heating in the hotel. It was 13 C outside as a max temperature (32F) so we were freezing inside. We decided to leave earlier than we had planned as it was not very pleasant staying.”

“Rooms are large and comfortable. Very clean. Staff was very helpful. Our room included breakfast buffet at the rooftop restaurant and was pretty good. Rooms were very quiet with modern double-pane windows. Hotel is associated with Underaga Wines and the room had wine glasses but no corkscrew. Front desk had one though.”

“Despite a language barrier, we were warmly received. Our room was warm, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was awkward and small but functional with hot water in the freezing cold atmosphere. The lunch / dinner service was fast, friendly and efficient with good food. The wi-fi was a bit slow but functioning. Centrally located.”
