“The hotel itself is beautiful, rooms are large, nice, and clean, and the whole place is quiet and relaxed. The food at dinner was delicious and drinks too, and we enjoyed using the kayaks to explore the coastline. I imagine if the hotel was more busy it would feel quite small but it was the perfect amount when we were there. However, we had reserved a room with a private balcony and upon arrival they tried to put us in another room without saying anything. Of course we noticed right away it wasn't the room we reserved and asked what happened. They had given our room away to other guests, which is an unfortunate and most likely common practice here. They offered us free dinner or an excursion to "make up for it", and we had no choice really. This kind of thing shouldn't happen! Additionally, if you are planning to drive here rent a 4x4 vehicle - the roads are dirt and are barely passable in a regular vehicle.”

“Worst experience ever. The Hotel is a construction. They dont told us before. We booked a Junior Suite and this was Right the next room on top of the construction. They gave us a Suite, but we had to pay extra. Just for avoid the Noise. We also had a laundry Service. 45$ and Even 1 piece was destroyed. Do Not Go there”

“We stayed one night. Rooms are clean, nice design and we'll located. Our room faced the street, which was very loud in the nighttime. Breakfast was included in our reservation, it was pretty good, as well as the service and drinks. Hot water, clean sheets and fantastic toiletries.”

“I live in US and stay at many hotels in Colombia and this is the first time I get charged taxes on my stay even though I show my US passport as an ID, besides that I asked for a receipt or a form of proof that I made that payment and I was told that was not in the system that they will send it to me. My sleep was good bed is confortable room size is decent kind of tight, bathroom was good but the towels had a funny smell and where very very hard. Overall NOT recommended there are many choices.”

“Spacious rooms with a balcony with a great view of the ocean. There was a mini fridge that worked well. The elevator was broken, so we had to take the stairs or wait for staff to operate the elevator. Breakfast was fast and delicious. Shampoo and bar soaps were available in the bathroom. There's a pool on the 3rd floor.”

“Appalling customer service, they are very discriminating, the hotel rooms are outdated, not the pictures you see online, breakfast is poor to none. I had a big issue with their two staff Oscar and Sergio who discriminated against a family member that was visiting us, he was insinuating the family member was a escort, even though they had the same surname, I spoke with their hotel director Jorge, who was dismissive, dishonest and had promised to investigate and refund the unused nights after the incident, I refused to accept the behaviour from the bell boy and the reception, I left right away, the hotel director acted within dishonest, promised the refund and this never happened, I’ll be proceeding with the chargeback within my bank to recover the money I have lost, I’ll be reporting to the Colombian authorities (MINCIT) as they were very discriminatory against gays. DONT STAY IN THIS HOTEL IF YOU ARE GAY!”

“It was just what I needed for a one night stay. Staff were super helpful and for a small fee I was able to check in early. Which was needed after night time travel. Decent room, comfortable bed, good breakfast, all essentials catered for. It was just a bit on the noisy side in parts, as sound echoed but nothing to complain about really. A great reasonable place to stay in the downtown area that I wanted to explore before leaving Bogata. The staff service was excellent very helpful when needed and I would stay again if I return.”

“We stayed here for an entire month, and enjoyed it. The location is great, only 5 minutes by foot to reach the Aguacatala metro station. There are 3 major grocery stores within a 15 minute walk, and a nice mall. You can find a few restaurants as well. Medellin burger and Presto are across the street. The hotel staff were always super nice, and easy to work with. They offered a great laundry service as well, only 8K COP ($2 USD) to wash, dry, and fold a load of laundry. The facilities were always clean and well kept. We had two minor issues in the apartment, and both were fixed immediately without any issue. A bulb burnt out as well, and was replaced within hours. Very happy with the service and speed. The apartment was well equipped. We had everything we needed to live, including things like a blender, coffee pot, and all cooking equipment. There was air conditioning, but it's unnecessary in Medellin. We loved the shower. Of all my apartments, this had the best water heater for instant, hot showers. The wifi worked great in most of apartment, but was spotty in half the bedroom. No issues working online in the living room or desk, including streaming. There was a nice looking seafood restaurant in the main floor, but we didn't eat here. The little balcony was a nice thing to have. Overall this is a great place to stay. I would stay again.”

“The water for the hot tub doesn't get hot. We stayed here for a week with water that wasn't hot at all. Also there is many people who live here and feel entitled to blast loud music at 3am in the morning, non stop. The front desk doesn't do anything as if it's normal. If it was $5 per night I wouldn't stay here again. The front office personnel is nice, but useless when it comes to resolving noise issues from other residents.”
