“Beautiful Hotel in a great location!! Lots of shops, restaurants and transportation close by. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The room was small, but that's as expected for most boutique hotels in Paris, however, the amenities were well received, and it had everything we needed for our stay. The room was very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. The welcome bottle of wine was nice. I was having back pain so I ordered a heating pad from Amazon and it found it's way to our room. Caution - Elevator is super small. Riots going on made it interesting.”

“Perfect room. Was nice, clean and spacious. Toilet & bathroom were clean with soap available if needed. Great views of the Eiffel Tower from the balcony! As well as a floor with seats to relax. Really good location, with shops, pharmacy and takeaways near by. The metro was such a quick walk to get too which takes you straight into the centre. Staff were amazing and accommodating also very helpful with information! Lovely stay here, would come again.”

“First off it says it’s a 3 star hotel. It is not. It is a 4.5 star hotel without a doubt!!! And the staff make it feel VIP for they are so lovely! All the ladies at the front desk, the sweet breakfast woman too! The hotel itself is something else- just wait until you see the view!!!! Just WoW! It’s like 3 min from the train station and they have a shuttle to take you. Our room was full of wood like a cabin feel, so nice, with a beautiful modern bathroom. It was simple super cozy, kind of perfectly romantic for New Years Eve while it snowed huge snowflakes outside. For a longer stay I’d splurge for a bigger room but for one night it was perfect! The view of the Grace hotel lit up, the NYE fireworks, and the lake off the balcony was just awesome (room 408). The whisky bar is incredible and the fact you can smoke a cigar inside there it’s fantastic!”

“Nice hotel. Food is ok, though dessert options deserve some reviewing. The road the hotel is located on gets quite busy during weekdays. The outside wellness area is right next to it. Room is very nice and beds are very comfortable. Pool, sauna and jacuzzi are clean and a joy to use.”

“We spent only one night. Arrived early afternoon. Left the car at the nearby underground garage the hotel has arrangement with (2 minutes walk). Visited the old town, all walkable, pedestrian streets. Had engagement for the evening and next day late morning. So did not spent much time at the hotel all all. Chambery is a great city, especially the old center near the "castle".”

“Decent hotel with big rooms and comfortable beds. The bathroom was clean too, however the hair dryer was useless and old and the shower amenities was a single hair/body douche gel. The breakfast tasted good and had a decent variety but nothing special compared to some big continental breakfasts.”

“Francis at reception speaks very good English and he's a very pleasant guy. The steak dinner was amazing. Very good steak. My main issue with the hotel is the room design. On the positive side, you get very big bed and even a mini fridge. On the negative side, firstly the toilet is in a separate room to the bathroom, which means you have to exit toilet and go to bathroom to wash hands without touching the toilet door handle. Secondly there are no power points at bedside. They are located at the front of the room near the TV. So you can't really charge your phone near your bedside. Lastly, I could not work out how to turn the heating off. The controls on the wall don't seem to do anything.”

“I highly recommend this boutique hotel. Our double room was small but very clean and comfortable. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of the Eiffel Tower. The breakfast was good. Best of all was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I especially commend Humberto, the night-time receptionist, who kindly brewed me a pot of chamomile tea when I was having trouble sleeping. He sympathized when Lufthansa airlines delayed delivery of our lost luggage and celebrated with me when the bags were finally delivered.”

“As the name suggests, the hotel is located in the Port Dorèe area, far enough from the crowded Paris city center, but absolutely well connected via the Metro 8, which can be taken in the overlooking metro station (really, I don't overstate saying 10 steps from the hotel door!). The breakfast is good, offering mixed viennoiserie, breads, orange juice, and coffee. It's mostly sweet oriented but good quality! The staff is very friendly, ready for asking to all your questions. The rooms were very clean, we had a triple and a double room to the first floor, and they were very comfortable and well furnished. The only partially negative point is due to some vibration from the metro station to the first floors' rooms... But nothing so hard to deal with if you are used to live in an apartment building! To conclude, I recommend this hotel for your next Paris tour, especially for the metro 8, the friendly staff and for the impeccable cleanliness!”

“AVOID! The hotel is run down. Our room felt like being in a dungeon, it only had a door and no windows. It smelled terrible. A lot of effort in the bathroom, good shower, but terribly uncomfortable toilet. We booked through Booking and we never got any response to our inquiries. From there, we started to have a bad feeling about our choice. The costumer service of this hotel is completely terrible. It is obvious they don't care at all about being good hosts and making the guest welcome. Coming from a hotel booked also through Booking in Rocamadour, where the owner greeted us personally with such grace and friendliness, it was a complete shock. Here we didn't feel comfortable or welcomed. Everything had an odd vibe. Kind of depressing. Thank goodness for the view to Saint Cirq, at least something to cheer us up. We couldn't wait for morning to come so we could leave and have it behind us. I would reccomend against booking here”

“quiet, clean room with a small balcony, beach towels are provided, comfortable beds, large shower, breakfast: good selection, sometimes the bread was not refilled, coffee (filter coffee) was not to our taste. Washing machines and tumble dryers are available for free use. You have to be lucky to get free parking.”
