“The place is incredible. It was our first trip to Alps but we decided t have it as a tradition. This hotel was the best place to celebrate New Year. They offered amazing dinner for reasonable price, organized amazing fireworks and even provided shuttle for those who wanted to join the disco in Ortisei. Tiziana and her family are the most welcoming people. The room quality and cleanliness was outstanding. Even every window was crispy clean and it is extremely important in the place like this where view is a big asset. Dinners and breakfast were very delicious. The amenities offered by the hotel were perfect: great size pools, saunas, nice cozy fireplace and many board games. The team working in this hotel is highly warm, welcoming and dedicated. My only suggestion for improvement would be to update the pillows and towels inventory.”

“We visited hotel for a week in the winter. My wife and child have allergies which makes this type of travel rather difficult at times - most hotels restaurants can't accommodate their needs, we have to bring our own food and so on. Not so in Hotel Madonnina - hotel inquired about allergies and each morning there was a separate menu card for each allergic person, with choice of meals and variety. Meals were delicious, which often isn't a case with allergic assortment. They provided deserts, judging from freshness - they baked it themselves. This is unbelievable attention to detail and care for the client. If you have this type of allergic problems, this is best place to stop. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room we had was spacious enough by this standard, clean and well kept. Beds were comfortable, with stiff and soft pillow provided for each person. Wellness area is clean and well thought out. Kids can be little loud, but that's normal in Italy. Staff monitors the area and keeps order which is also something unusual. Overall i can't recommend this hotel enough. We'll come back in the future.”

Overall I would recommend if you have your own car because all good place to hike are not reachable by foot”

“We were looking for a friendly and confortable place where our kids could escape from their daily routine and have a jolly great time! We found one and it met our expectations. Service is impeccable, food beyond expectations, relax for parents and great time for kids. Kids are taken into custody by a very professional staff and treated with games, drawings and coloring material, magic shows, treasure hunts. The Levico Lake just round the corner is a pearl and a plus!”

“The staff are not so friendly. I found a cockroach under a table in the restaurant while we were having breakfast and also some chips under our bed! The hotel is not clean obviously. You cannot find any Shampoo, body shampoo or anything else that you find in other hotels there. They give you a half bottle hand soap and they say wash all hair, body , hand and everything with that! RIDICULOUS! You have to ask for everything like internet password or Trentino guest card or stuff like this otherwise they will not offer it to you. The breakfast was ok but nothing special. The position of hotel is perfect though!”

“Very beautiful hotel with big rooms and great food. Only problem was with the movement sensors: why will the bathroom light go out while I shower? Please add a switch, it makes it a lot easier. The location is very nice and (at least for the rooms pointing away from the street as that is all I can tell you about) silent at night. Definitely recommend!”

“Excellent value for money. We got a nice and large room with balcony and fantastic mountain views. Everything exceeded our expectations. We were particularly surprised by the full course dinner which we could add for just only 10EUR and which was very tasty every evening. We also enjoyed the bar which has a really nice list of drinks (including some very unusual cocktails), all at very reasonable prices. We ended up extending our stay because we liked it so much here.”
