“This is a very nice, clean and modern hotel with a very kind and friendly hotelier. The hotel is conveniently located close to ski buses and to the shops. Also ideal for cross-country skiing, which is just across from the hotel. Breakfast is very nice and dinner in a generous portion. We do recommend and we would come back!!:)”

“We absolutely loved this little gem of a hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable with incredible views over the lake. The lounge/dock area is amazing with paddle boards, kayaks and a water trampoline all available for hotel guests. The hotel is located about a 2 minute walk from the bus stop and a 10 minute walk from the ferry, both of which will take you to Bellagio and other destinations on the lake. Finally, the hotel restaurant was outstanding -from the food to the views to the wine list. This hotel is low key but very comfortable. The waterfront and restaurant made our stay truly special and fabulous! I would definitely stay here again, and I highly recommend it to others.”

“Travelled from Australia to stay at this hotel for almost 6 weeks for work. The hotel was newly renovated so it was very clean, nice and comfortable. The staff were absolutely amazing. The buffet breakfast was always fresh and delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family. I will definitely stay here again if I get a chance to visit in the future.”

“Awesome location just a stones throw away from Milan terminus. It took just a five minutes walk for us to reach the hotel. Checkin was super efficient and we were allocated a room in the ground floor. The room was very good with all amenities and had a private balcony where we could have coffee. Would strongly recommend this hotel. Value for money as well.”

“It’s in a beautiful location. Literally right by the water with the most amazing views of the city and the water. It’s right at town center so everything is walkable. Including the train station (15 min walk). The staff are sooo friendly and nice. My friend had a mini medical emergency in the middle of the night and the guy who works the front desk was so kind and helpful !! The only thing is the A/C situation. They sometimes turn the AC off at night and during the day making the rooms a bit stuffy, the hotel said they did that because the weather was not hot enough. Towards the end of our stay they started keeping the A/C on after we complained about how hot it would get at night. They had daily breakfast included which was tasted so good and had a lot of options. I would definitely come back again!!”

“Lovely hotel with friendly and polite staff, they always greet you and try to help you whenever they can. However, people are not as proficient in English, preferably you know some basic Italian before coming to this area. The general crowd is older Italian people, it's really quiet and there are barely any tourists or families visiting. The rooms have sun screens in front of their balcony door and an AC, which you really need nowadays in the hot summers. The only downside is the lack of a minibar in the room.”

“I was in a single room, it was pretty small, which is fine, but it wasn't very comfortable. The bed was essentially a fold out bed and the mattress was incredibly old and needed replacing. The air conditioning in the room both did and didn't work. For the first couple of days it seemed to work for a few hours, although it was blowing relatively warm air. When I raised this with the hotel I was told it was turned off for the winter and to open the window. The room was incredibly warm, and the cleaners would always close the window after they finished with the room, meaning i'd come back to a room at about 25 degrees. I tried keeping the windows open at night but the sound from outside was loud. The walls were also quite thin and I was disturbed most nights by the sound of the elevator clanking and other guests being noisy in their room”

“This hotel is pretty far from the city center, but close to the bus stops. Nice local restaurants nearby. Rooms are outdated and the color scheme was off, there is room for improvement there. A good enough stay for a few nights”

I didn't give it one star because the staff were friendly, the room was clean and the hotel is well located. But I really didn't appreciate being woken up early in the morning when the hotel staff decided to kick travelers out of the room next to mine. Probably my worst hotel experience.”
