“Excellent location and frendiny staff the only problem was the cleaning staff they open the door while we are inside before check out time to ask us to hurry up and we forget a suitcase have a leather jacket and 3 hats they throw it out without call or asking us when we figure that out and cobract them they said they throw it!!”

“Clean rooms! Spacious. The beds not too comfy but it was CLEAN. GREAT location, 2 bathrooms, 2 TV's wifi kitchen with dishwasher and washer! We also had a balcony. On check out date we asked for more time and they gladly let us stay almost an extra hour. Elevators work, close to shopping, the man plaza. Overall recommend!”

“I made a reservation from 11:00 p.m. one day to 11:00 a.m. the next day for a room with a Jacuzzi without having read the reviews first. I was quite afraid after reading the comments but I have to say that my opinion has no complaints. We arrived, they attended to us quite quickly at the reception without causing any problems. The room I have to say was good. Clean room, clean sheets, a small duvet and a thicker blanket stored in the closet. Jacuzzi clean and working perfectly as well as the toilet. You have the shower inside the jacuzzi. Plenty of towels and all clean. You could turn the heating on and off. When we turned it on, it was at a great temperature. The bed is large and very comfortable. We asked for a corkscrew at reception and it didn't take long for them to bring it to us. And upon departure without any problem. If I had seen any damage or something that was not to my liking I would have called reception at that moment but that was not the case. I will recommend it and I will not hesitate if I have to return.”

“Location is great. Facilities, the noise all day and all night, getting from street level up to the hostel, and showers are terrible. Found the staff very rude and unwilling to even try help with anything. However, It is only €60 each a night and I would probably book again if I needed something convenient.”
