“Beautiful little hotel with amazing staff. Very friendly and cooperative from beginning to end. I stayed in one of their apartments, which are actually even nicer that on the pictures. Classical Italian building with high ceilings and big doors and windows. The private spa night is absolutely worth it and the staff really takes care to make your experience as pleasant as possible. “I couldn't even think about swinging a car around in the room. Could almost put my arms out and touch opposite walls. Shower cubicle was so small I couldn't lean over to clean My legs and feet. Basically elbows touching the side while breathING in. Very small. Food and staff were ok. Staff were helpful. Oh there is also a main train line that runs behind the hotel. My room overlooked the railway. So all night you hear trains going past.”

“Lovely helpful reception staff here. Loved the city but couldn't pre-arrange a taxi the day prior to pick us up at 5am to take us to the airport for the first of our 3 flights to Greece! They don't DO THAT! I tried messaging the taxi company all day & night but just got automated messages continually sent and they wouldn't answer their phone whenever I rang! We were out on the dark street with all our luggage panicking at 5am the morning we HAD TO GET TO THE AIRPORT! We also felt very unsafe. Luckily I noticed a taxi over the other side of the square and ran over & he was available. I don't know WHAT we would have done otherwise!!! It's a disgrace that this can happen in a huge city like Genova! Apart from that we loved the city.”

“All the rooms are up a set of stairs on the first floor. Every room is a little different. Mine was at the back so it was quiet. People say the breakfast is great but there was very little for me. There are a lot of prepackaged, sugary items and breads. The salty items are very limited and not great quality. The hard boiled eggs did not look appetizing.”

“Prefect location! It is a 3-4 minute walk to the train station. There is a room to store luggage if needed before check in or after check out. My room was spacious and overlooked the plaza. The AC was a Godsend in June! I did have a fridge in the room. I personally liked the breakfast that was included downstairs. I am not sure why bad reviews on the breakfast - yogurt, croissants, bread, juice, coffee. Everything you need for breakfast in Italy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I recommend a stay here!”
