“We had a nice stay at this hotel over the weekend. We picked this location due to having the restaurant inside & it was a great choice, the food was yummy and the service was great. Football was on all weekend without having to ask. Rooms were clean and safe. Biggest qualm is they only had 1 elevator running the entire weekend and there was a big conference being hosted in addition to a colts home game (front desk said it was sold out) - so sometimes it took awhile to get around. I climbed 5 flights of stairs more than once, so something to keep in mind if you rely on elevators. Overall I recommend this hotel.”

“The rooms were comfortable although the AC was noisy. Without a car, it was not possible to eat anywhere other than the hotel. I was only there for 3 nights. Much longer, and I would have exhausted the menu. The service was excellent whether the front desk, the restaurant, the bar, or the shuttle.”

“Location is very good, walkable to the Purdue campus. And there are some good cafe shops on the way to campus. But the housekeeping does not come in every day, I ran out of the shower gel and soap quickly, hope they could do everyday basic cleaning. The breakfast does not included in the stay, but I didn’t know that until I sat down at the table of lobby.”

“The line staff made this visit 5 stars. Unfortunately, the managers made it 4 stars. We rolled in just before 9 pm on a Sunday evening and, I think his name was Herbert, was a delightful desk agent. We had no reservation and I couldn't remember my company discount code but he was cool, calm, and incredibly helpful and kind. Nothing was a problem for him. As expected, the room was tip top. A nice king with view of downtown (let's be real, that means the buildings and parking lots around, but it was still cool). The bed was so comfy we wished we had either arrived sooner or stayed later. Clean and fresh. In the morning, the desk agent and breakfast attendant were so friendly greeting us with pep and cheer. When I was carrying food to bring upstairs to my husband, the gal came and found me to give me a tray without my asking, she just noticed the help I could use! Also in the morning we observed and walked through three managers who didn't so much as acknowledge us. One I believe was conducting interviews and in between, while another was a bit loud throwing ice away then counting the drawer right there at the desk with guests to see, and the third, a woman, was talking to them as we apparently walked through their conversation. Then we saw her in an office behind the desk later. It was just sad to have the line staff providing great hospitality and feel like we were invading the managers space all in the lobby. If the staff are that good, the managers are probably better than the appearance they gave, as this was just our one encounter. Overall we would 100% stay here again.”

“I wouldn’t stay here again. We stayed for one night and paid $129 plus a pet fee for our 30lb dog. For that price and the Marriott name I figured we would get a comfortable stay at a good hotel. The parking lot had 4-6 containers between the road and the building, which made the lot feel tiny. The lobby had the same claustrophobic feel with boxes stacked everywhere. The furniture in the room was extremely worn (backs of the chairs had no upholstery, just bare padding in parts. The toilet was unclean and needed a wipe down. There was a small stain on the pullout mattress. The absolute icing on the cake was that the room and hall absolutely reeked of weed. Breakfast was a bunch of soggy/cold eggs, once slice of bacon and cereal but no milk. There’s plenty of other hotels in the surrounding area. Maybe those are better.”

“Came here for one night. Staff is nice and courteous. Breakfast was busy due to a hockey team booking half the hotel, but the staff was quick with the food. Room was nice and good enough for one day. Had microwave and fridge. The only thing was the coffee machine in room was dirty. I got coffee in the lobby was available 24hrs a day. Overall a great value and located in a nice area.”
