“Great location, lovely staff, but I had a very strange and upsetting experience. I had booked a Superior Room but was placed in a very basic room (photos attached). Apparently the hotel was full and there were no Superior Rooms available. I asked for a partial refund but this was declined. When booking, just be very careful and very specific about what you require and what you pay for.”
