“The room was spacious. The toilet paper needed to be folded over about 4 times so it wouldn’t rip. The bath towels were like sandpaper. The room walls and ceiling were not sound proof, barely sound restricting. Was going to award 2 stars, because staff at check-in was nice. But the woman at check out was not pleasant. This was my first and definitely last time at a Hilton property. Recommend stay elsewhere, there are many more, and better options in the area.”

“What a pleasant surprise.... when I had a restful sleep and woke up to take a shower and discovered the water here is soft! I cannot tell you how much of a difference soft water makes. The only thing better than the accommodations here was the pleasant and attentive staff. Just a short skip off of the loop 202 south on Price you'll find this welcoming Hotel. I can safely say that I highly recommend this hotel for business travelers and vacationers alike.”

“Recently spent 5 weeks here. Overall, wonderful place. Everything was wonderful "except" during my visit hot water was an ongoing problem. Believe they were awaiting a part for repair. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Rooms were clean. I slept very well. Location is safe. Well lit parking lot. Was promised 5,000 Hilton points upon checkout for "hot water" inconvenience. Haven't seen those points yet. Recommend staying here.”

“The location of the hotel is within walking distance to see The Suns play at Footprint, as well as tons of really cool restaurants. We were in town for a Ravens game and even the drive from the hotel to State Farm Stadium was a breeze! The rooms are great, the view from the rooms, not the most spectacular, but that’s also not what we were there for. The staff, however, were amazing! From the people at the front desk to the valet, extremely friendly, helpful, and made the experience that much more enjoyable!”

“Great, clean, safe hotel to stay at, especially if you are traveling through Sky Harbor. It is very convenient if you have a rental car, as there is free parking at the hotel and it is a easy, 4 mile trip to the airport. The hotel also has a shuttle. Room was clean and comfortable, a little pricey but it was short notice and a Friday night. I did order food from the restaurant, and it was excellent, with large portions. There is a dining room with a full service bar, great selection of domestic and imported beer, wine, and liquor. The staff was friendly. I would not hesitate to stay here again!”

“I have stayed at this property before and never had any complaints until today when I had to cancel a reservation last minute due to illness. I am aware the reservation was non-refundable but from past experience with other properties I know that courtesy refunds can be granted at the discretion of the property manager. The GM Jeff is not a compassionate person and even though the hotel was booked to max. capacity he refused to make an exception. I am pretty sure they were able to rebook the room in no time. Corporate greed is all that matters nowadays!”

“This place was just OK. My favorite thing was the room size and my least favorite was the service. We had the suite and it was big. I only paid $100 for this room so I wasn’t expecting much but the size was impressive. Otherwise the room was dated, but clean. Some missing paint here and there, the toilet didn’t quite flush right, old carpet, but it was acceptable. The service was definitely lacking. From the service without a smile at check-in to the weird breakfast janitor who playfully but aggressively scolded my infant for eating messily, everyone we interacted with seemed like they hated their job. This place really needs to get itself together service-wise. It’s cheap but I’d skip it next time. There’s lots of other choices in Phoenix.”

“This was the cutest bed and breakfast! We accidentally arrived a little late on thanksgiving but the keeper was very kind and patient with us. Her home is absolutely gorgeous. It is a really nice place to relax. We got a great nights rest and the bed was perfect. The breakfast in the morning was so well thought out. She served a fruit cup, scrambled eggs, tamales, cornbread, bacon and a brownie to top it all off. We would absolutely go back here, amazing place.”

“Upon arrival I had to wait at the front desk for several minutes as the receptionist was busy making coffee. There were 5 other guests waiting as well. The room is pretty small and in need of some updating/repairs. The closet door doesn't close completely, there are several small holes and paint splotches on the walls, and the wall thermostat doesn't work. Luckily I checked the AC itself and the controls are there, but there was no note or anything to inform the guest. The first thing I noticed when I used the bathroom was a wad of dark hair in the floor. Yuck. There was a tiny little bug in the sink when I brushed my teeth, so I washed it down the drain. The bathroom door doesn't latch or lock because the door isn't properly aligned with the plate on the frame. When I hopped in the shower within 2 minutes my feet were covered in water because it wasn't draining. I noticed while I was in there that there were hairs all over the walls too. So nasty. I'm only here for one night or I would absolutely demand a room change. I'm not satisfied with this experience. Pros: friendly staff, bed was relatively comfortable, linens appeared clean, room relatively quiet overnight, breakfast had a decent selection”

“This is a very mediocre Hampton Inn, in a very convenient location for the Waste Management Open. The hotel is about 10 years past due for a complete overhaul. The furniture is very dated (except for the beds, which were fine), the bathroom is borderline disgusting, and the overall property has a bit of a lingering must. Hampton is a super hit or miss brand, and this one is a miss. Also, for a frame of reference the rate of this room was $550/night.... it should be capped at around $250 for the quality.”

“Update: I was contacted by the general manager who was able to work with me towards an agreement. I am pleased that she reached out and took her time to ensure my needs were being heard and met. I appreciate her time and support with coming with a solution. I accidently made a reservation at the wrong Holiday Inn Express. I was trying to book a room quickly because of the weather (snowing). I arrived at the wrong hotel and realized my mistake. They would not work with me in canceling because it was not within 24 hours despite making the booking approximately 30 minutes before. I had to book the room at the Holiday Inn that I arrived so have an extra room that is not being used. No compassion what so ever. Just take your money despite value of "True Hospitality".”
