“The young man in the front i believe his name is COY gave my brother and I some stellar recommendations for the evening and was very knowledgeable with all the inventory on site and amenities at this facility . Beds are nice very spacious rooms and the bar was cool as good oh and rooms were clean and bathrooms were clean and nice as well…. Lovely bartender as well I didn’t catch her name she was older but she was awesome as hell! The staff here was awesome and made our stay that much better…. The pool area was awesome too.”

“I can not believe what an amazing service we had throughout our entire stay!! The Check in staff were extremely accommodating as we had to change our room layout. Wen was extremely informative about place to go and gave us enough activity’s for 5 days. Staff is super attentive, friendly, and informative. It’s very close to town square, everything is a couple minutes out which is super convenient. So glad we choose this hotel as our stay, so pleased !! Thank you Wen!!!!”

“Check in (night lady) was very nice & got us checked in quickly. Room / bathroom - clean but dated Check out - just like the other reviews say about the rates ask for your receipt. Upon check in we were told a rate for the night and on check out the receipt was $30 more. When asked about it the manager was rude ruuuude & because of that we will not return!”

“Only stayed for one night, and the room was spacious and clean. Staff could not be friendlier and welcoming, and the free breakfast was great. I had the western omelets and biscuit, with coffee and OJ. They also had a waffle making station, cereal, oatmeal, muffins and yogurt - not a bad spread at all. The only bad part was that our room was on the first floor and right next to the kitchen (we did not realize at the time), and we heard loud noises through the early morning hours, as breakfast stays at 6am, which made it hard to sleep. Next time, we will request a room on the higher floors.”

“LOVED our stay at Huff House. This was probably the first time I ever walked into a hotel room and thought to myself "this looks exactly like the pictures on the website!" The employees were extraordinarily pleasant and went out of their way to be helpful to us. The general ambiance of the establishment was cozy, clean, and inviting. The hot tub was perfect after a long day of being out and about.”

“Easy on easy off the highway. One of the cleanest Holiday Inn Expresses I have ever stayed at. The daytime Staff was extremely friendly, everyone said good morning and wished me a good day. My only complaint was the lack of cinnamon rolls at the breakfast buffet, which is one of the reasons I stay at Holiday Inn Express!”

“Good location, friendly service. What else could you want? It’s important to note that none of the cabins have WiFi or cell service (We tried Verizon, AT&T, T-mobile and Union wireless) but the main lobby did have starlink internet (way better than other lodges that have Hues Net) Craig was very helpful and friendly, along with his staff. Would definitely come again.”

With better communication skills from this staff member I feel there would have been no conflict. After all, who needs to be hasseled about parking after a long day's drive?...”
