“We stayed at Silver Oak for 2 days, and it was an amazing experience. The staff were always available for any kind of help and the food variety was also great. There was a puppet show and music by the bonfire on both nights which was beautiful. It is hardly a 2 min walk from the main market area, so the location is good for people who want to do some local street shopping and try the local cuisine.”

“A hotel with worst management and amenities. The bathrooms were horrible, no proper light, no exhaust, no ventilation, all foul smell all around, no difusers. Intercom does not works, it was broken, no wifi at hotel. You have to go down at reception for everything to get towels, cups, tea, glass, water etc. Worst room service, it's poor means there is no service at all. One room did not had mirror so another did not had refrigerator, televisions were not working, no recharge, no charged batteries, what worse you can expect. Breakfast was limited. Hotel manager and restaurant manager was rude and very unproffesional. If you complain they are ready to taunt the guests, it was a horrible experience. Guests need to calm down to avoid fight caz staff will provoke with their words for heated argument and fight. Ridiculous management.”

“The hotel is located right by Nakki Lake! The rooms are clean, with modern amenities and comfortable beds. We had a suite which had a great terrace of lake view. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The service was great. My only complain is my two polo shirts were stolen and not to be found when we reached home. Called the hotel the next day but they said nothing was found.”

“Worst accommodation you can avail here. The cost is too high for the facility they provide. e.g. Water Bottle charge is Rs.100/ litre (negotiable but the final price is Rs.60). And mention that you will be staying in a village with Cow Dung and open drains surrounding. You will find no cab (OLA/Uber refuses to come) from this location, and the charges for the Taxi/Cab provided by the hotel are unexpectedly higher. It is a village area with cow dung around. In the advertisement, they put photos of the Airport simply to cheat you. May book the hotel if you want to be charged 5 times compared to the actual price. Avoid booking here.”

“The hotel looked beautiful at first, but the disrespectful staff and poor service stood out. When I raised small issues, they reacted aggressively and accused me, making me feel unwanted. They canceled their small sound party for a internal meeting, leaving guests without promised amenities. Why spoil guests' fun? They should use conference rooms! The rude behavior wasn't a one-time thing - the reception staff were condescending, and the food was terrible, confirming my disappointment. The hotel's potential was overshadowed by these service failures. Looks alone can't make up for a stay ruined by disrespect and bad food. I'd recommend avoiding it if you want a relaxing or enjoyable stay.”
