“Attended for Sunday lunch in the restaurant. Staff were attentive and helpful. Food was a mixed bag. Soup arrived cold and had to be sent back, the gravy was excessivelty salty, but meat and vegetables were nice, and portions were plentiful. I'll be honest, it wasn't what I'd hoped for. I spent a lot of money for mediocre food.”

“Lovely site caravan great sadly the pool was as small as a bath too shallow, we were not told you have to book pool times at point of booking so had to get to the pool 3/4 of an hour early to queue to see if you would be 1 of the lucky 16 extras they let in, plus only 2 showers so if you have children this is not ideal. So would not return as the children were too disappointed. It's such a shame.”

“Was there for the Mama Mia night/Christmas party, when we arrived there was no music playing, no atmosphere. The singers was so so, no Dj in-between their set and no disco lights, if it wasn't for the merryment and the people I was with the whole night would have been a let down. Plus size the food was delicious”

“I would like to thank the staff at the Premier Inn and Ashbridge Restaurant for making my stay so enjoyable. They were all so pleasant and courteous and very helpful when, as an elderly lady of 83 I asked for help with modern technology. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. My only comment would be an armchair in the room would have been welcome. I would certainly stay with you again. Thank you all.”

“Really nice overnight stay. Rooms clean, warm and quite surprised to have a 4 poster bed. Ironing board, iron, fan and extra heater in built-in wardrobe and tea/coffee facilities and bottled water provided. Breakfast was really good with lots of choice. Cereals, yogurt, ham, cheese, Croissant and then an option for full english breakfast which had tasty thick bacon. The only thing which I knocked a star off for is the hill up to the hotel its quite steep and in season I can foresee a problem with parking. Overall I would recommend this hotel”

“We were here for my son's wedding. I stayed the night before and the night of the wedding. The wedding itself was great. Food was good, service of a high quality and nothing was too much trouble.. The room was comfortable and of good quality the only problem was the fire alarm went off both nights at 5 am the Friday night it went off a further 4 times so couldn't go back to sleep. Breakfast was of good quality ingredients”

“Extremely over priced very dated hotel. Saturday night was £124 for a very basic standard old room. Couldn't check in until 4pm even though the room was ready. No WiFi. No water bottles. No shower gels or shampoos. Curtains were broken and would not close. Terrible pillows. Noisy pub opposite with loads of people shouting and screaming at 1am. I've stayed in hotels and B+Bs all over Wales and this is definitely one of the worst we've stayed in. £124 for one night is an absolute joke. Location is excellent, unfortunately the hotel isn't.”
