“Good located right in front of the beach. Parking available in the street or private. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast ok with quite some options. Some rooms (that we had one of) are rather old - some look renovated. Quite noisy with the train and not so well sound insulation between the rooms when early morning furniture was moved around.”

“Fantastic views from the restaurant terrace. The shuttle service to take you to the beach works perfectly as parking is always difficult at the beach, so leaving your car at the hotel saves stress and is a huge benefit. The restaurant has great views over the bay and the setting sunset. For us the food was the least favourite part as the food was not as good as other restaurants in the area. We ate there only because it saved the hassle of driving elsewhere. The rooms are small, and noisy. It is easy to hear other guests.”

“My room was in 3rd floor with good view and a small balcony The room was small but clean the only problem with the room was about the socket, there was just one socket near door entrance room so I could not charge cellphones and laptop together For breakfast there were no special choice, some cakes and egg. The location was good and staff were very friendly and nice. I recommend”

“This is one the great newly constructed hotel located very near to the Civitanova Beach as well as the city market. There are many places to dine nearby and a short walk would take you to the main market area as well. The entire decor is very subtle and calming with lovely paintings adorning the walkways. The rooms are spacious and well lit. The beds are super comfortable. They provide with the hot water kettle in the room and outside in the common area they have the capsule based coffee vending machine. There is dedicated workspace in the room and via is on the Main Street which is not very busy. We loved the stay here very much due to its location and courteous staff.”

“We stayed here the week of August 5th to 12th. We were looking for a quiet hotel to spend the only week at the seaside of the year. A place where we can relax and be pampered, and we found it! With a direct view of the sea, beautiful and comfortable rooms. The lady who took care of our floor was truly impeccable, the room was always tidy and clean. For breakfast a rich choice of cakes, savory foods and drinks. Lunch and dinner, every time a pleasure. The very good chef, at every meal he stopped by the tables to say hello and exchange a few words. The waiter Francesco who took care of our table, very kind and friendly, pampered us throughout the week, took my gluttonous husband into consideration and spoiled him by bringing him encore even without asking. A truly pleasant experience. Thank you!”

“I wanted to give 5 stars but I found 2 major problems. We stayed 3 nights and everyday we told them to cook the pasta more and every time it arrived uncooked. The other problem I had was the internet. It is very difficult to connect to and everyday you have to reconnect to it as the connection only lasts 24 hours. When I mentioned it I was told that the problem was my laptop and my phones. Apart from this, top marks.”
