“This hotel exceeded my expectations. I’m from Dallas, and I am in a travel assignment in Colorado. I never been to Denver so I booked me a hotel here for my birthday. They were amazing. I told them about it being my birthday and they brought up a nice surprise. The customer service was top-tier. The breakfast was great as well. I will definitely be back here.”

“I had to come to Steamboat Springs for work. But, because of this wonderful hotel experience, I felt like I was on vacation. Everyone from the GM, Erik C. to Diana in the kitchen and everyone in between had superior customer service!. My dog stayed for 2 weeks. She had a floor to ceiling window to look at the great views. The grounds were super clean, the hotel was super clean and my suite was nice and cozy! Thank you for the great experience!”

“We stayed here with 6 total. 3 adults 3 children: 17, 4, & 2. 2 Queen bed w/pull out & it was a good size for us all to walk around comfortably. Greeted at the door by Victoria, who gave us all such a good impression. She made us feel welcomed, happy, & not feel embarrassed to ask for anything AT ALL. We spent Christmas Eve here for my son's birthday & it was awesome of them to gift my boys some small toys for presents. The hotel itself is gorgeous & clean. We had a minor plumbing issue with the bathtub, but it was solved with us moving rooms, which we didn't mind. Breakfast was delicious with a good spread. Eggnog on point. Pool area well heated, we swam around 0930, so I think the pool just wasn't ready. We still swam & it was cold/warm, but at least not cold/cold. In all, a great experience for our family's visit to Denver. We will be staying here again when the time comes.”

“The good stuff: The hotel was clean with a friendly atmosphere. We checked in at night, so it wasn't very busy and the staff was very helpful answering my questions. Breakfast had a variety of foods and drinks to choose from and was well stocked. There is a huge parking garage with free parking for hotel guests, so that was wonderful. The not so great: we reserved a single king bed room but upon check in were informed they only had rooms with double queen beds remaining unless we wanted to wait an hour, so we were assigned one of them. When we got to our room, we noticed the shampoo and soap hadn't been restocked, so we tried calling down to the front desk but our phone didn't work. I ended up just walking back down and asking for the things we needed. The pool area was not stocked with towels so we had to again ask the front desk for some. For the price, we got a nice place to stay for the night and friendly staff, but this hotel could benefit from being properly stocked in the rooms and pool area.”

“Purpose & Length of stay: youth hockey games; 4 nights Positives: Location was awesome. We were 4 min away from the rink and other places like Target and Dave & Busters. Breakfast was pretty good and well stocked. We had fresh scrambled eggs each morning. Hotel was clean and the lobby was nice and roomy. The games in the lobby were a nice addition as well as the ice scrapers (I forgot mine and of course it snowed). Bed was comfy. We had a mini fridge and microwave. I prefer smaller hotels when traveling for tournaments so we're not waiting for the elevators too long. My kid enjoyed the pool and the gym looked nice. We had pleasant interactions with the desk, bar, and cleaning staff. Negatives: The walls were a bit thin but luckily our neighbors were respectful and the noise died down after a certain time. There was some highway noise as this location backs into the highway and there's no wall separating it from the highway. The walls and picture in the bathroom could use a cleaning (shower, toilet, and sink were clean). The door stopper on the wall kept falling off. I agree with previous reviews about the bathroom door. It would be ideal to have a lighter solid door so the light isn't bothering people sleeping. Also, the shower has this metal part right underneath the shower head. Once turned off, it gets a bit noisy with the water dripping, another thing that might interrupt the sleep of others. Overall, we had a nice stay over Thanksgiving here. I would stay here again.”

“This location was perfect, clean and well stocked. The staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious thank you Brenda, We loved all the breakfast options. I must say we travel a lot and this is the first time I slept in any hotel with no worry about someone coming into my room and going through my things. The beds are very comfortable. This establishment is very clean. I can go on and on. Thank you. Highly recommended !!”

“We had a very nice two-night stay here. We were greeted by friendly desk staff, and had a very nice room. Love having a nightlight in the bathroom and night stands on both sides of the bed. Little things like that matter. The bed was comfortable, shower worked great. Breakfast was the usual hotel fare. Hampton Inn is consistently good at reasonable prices.”

“The rooms are very large; it felt like a business class room, the one i was in. Very special to me and was the biggest highlight! Couldn't hear anything outside of the room which was great! Also the door was able to prop open so I could roll the cart in and out easier. Breakfast was normal as most hotels, but they had cheese omlettes and potatoes! Service was good. I checked in and out quick.-- but I did book in advance online at the Hilton website The cons: Some hotels use liquid soaps mounted on the walls, but this one still had the classic bar soaps. They also still have the classic tub/shower combo. I personally don't like these and prefer stand up showers. They're much more elegant and look and feel better. I doubt anyone takes a bath in a public tub anyways. Also was expensive. Overall, a solid location to stay for the nice room sizes and i would stay again, though, I wouldn't do it on my own dime because of the price.”

“The Hilton Garden Inn is defined by its exceptional hosts, immaculate rooms, and incredible ambiance. The check-in process was effortless and efficient. Upon entering the room, I was pleased to find it spotless and thoughtfully arranged. The gym is well-equipped with a wide range of weights and cardio equipment, making it convenient for workouts at any time of the day. The only aspect that could be improved is the buffet breakfast. The options were quite limited for the price, and they seemed to be running out of items across the board. Overall, my experience at this Hilton property was fantastic. The hosts and staff were exceptional, and everything was just perfect. Looking forward to my next visit!”

“This is a very old hotel right in the center of Vail Village. Consider it a Holiday Inn with excellent service. However it is very expensive. The rooms are old and small, the doors are light and hollow, the furniture is very beat up, the bathrooms are tiny and very dated. The service here is so exceptional, especially for Vail, that I see why it is always full capacity. Adam was very kind, patient and accommodating at the front desk. The breakfast was a typical continental breakfast but fresh and clean. The cleaning crew was always working and did an excellent job keeping the hotel clean. This hotel uses a very very strong smelling deodorizer and it gave my guests and I a headache upon entering the room. Once we aired the room out, it was much more pleasant. The swimming pool is small but the hot tub is nice and hot. I would stay here again if the price was much, much cheaper because of it's location. However for the price we paid I would pick the Grand Hyatt or the Four Seasons next time.”

“The door in my room didn't shut all of the way, you had to use the lock to rachet it closed and there was still light around all sides of the door. The beds were horrible. I have camped on the ground and been more comfortable. If you're looking for a comfortable bed in a room that is actually private this is not the place. It was so bad I changed hotels and just ate the price of the room for one night. The only highlight of this trip was Doug. Doug, if you're reading this you were the only positive about our stay. Thank you.”

“This place is not worth the price. I booked two nights for $235. A week before coming and canceled one night and was still charged $210 for ONE NIGHT! We I went to talk to the staff about the price considering it’s about the same price for one night, the women at the front desk was rude and very unhelpful. I would NOT RECOMMEND staying here. When I first tried to check in they gave me a dirty room, the pool had a huge chlorine tablet in the pool well it was still open, the rooms need updates. Will never stay in here again.”

“The rooms were nice. Good lighting, nice size tv, comfortable beds and bedding. The staff overall were kind of blah. None of the wait staff were really friendly nor real attentive. Check in was confused and I never did sort out my meal credit successfully. Location was really nice as it had a great selection of restaurants and shopping nearby and a creek/river with a path directly behind the hotel.”

“Day one: Lost my cousin’s reservation. Luggage cart was broken. Pool was closed. Ice machines were broken. This all happened and was noticed before we got to our room. Day two: In our room we noticed a small sign that says they charge $12/day for parking. (This is stated on their website.) Doesn’t matter if they can prove that you parked there or not. If you arrive in Uber or a taxi you will be charged for parking. No soap in shower. Water leaking through wall in carpet. Pool reopened and my son and Neice were coughing, pink skin, pink and irradiated eyes. Took multiple showers, eye drops and tea with honey to feel better. They didn’t offer to move us to a different room. Never said they would try and fix the leak or call a plumber. Assistant manager TORRENCE said they couldn’t comp our stay because we made reservations through a third party, even though they had our credit card and could decide not to charge us for all the inconvenience with the pool. He promised to take off the parking few and didn’t. I asked if they could get us a free stay at another one of their sister hotels under the Marriott in the future and he said no. After I told the am about the pool I recommended he give new guests checking in a warning about the pool but it would be safer to close it. They didn’t want to do that and refused to close the pool. Day three: During breakfast I noticed spider webs and chipped paint in the dining room, see attached pictures. House keeping was every other day and they started knocking on doors at 8am and when you told them to come back later they would keep knocking. During checkout they charged my mom and dad for all the rooms even though we told them not too and spent some time fixing that. When it came to getting the parking fee taken off at checkout, Kelly at checkout just kept saying she didn’t know anything about and kept asking for our credit card. She wasn’t willing to call the assistant manager and ask. She just wanted our money. Didn’t ask how our stay was, no manners and no customer service skills.”

““Hospitality should have no other nature than love.” I didn’t know I signed up for an Antarctica exhibition paying $350 a night… I understand the hotel and staff did not have anything to do with the power outage we experienced for 24h but here is the thing that you are entirely responsible. Humility is what matters but what we experienced was the exact opposite. Staff disappeared. Management never replied to emails or phone calls. No updates. No additional blankets. Besides the provided blankets were a joke. I would use them in the summer but not 0 degrees outside. We weren’t ever updated. Fire place was not lid up until 8 hours after outage occurred. No hot drinks. Absolutely nothing! In other words you guys shouldn’t be running a hotel at all. Wrong industry! Thanks for ruining a weekend!”

“I stayed here for 26 days on a work trip. The staff was incredibly pleasant and helpful. One evening, I went to set my garbage outside my door and carelessly locked myself out of my room. I went downstairs and their computer systems were down. The young man on staff that night, Mario, was quick to contact his management staff to find a workaround and get me back into my room. I felt pretty dumb 😂 The only drawback for my stay is that there was only one working washing machine for the property. I only had to wait about 10 minutes to do a load of laundry though (this only happened once). All in all, I was impressed by the staff and their commitment to hospitality. Thank you for helping to make my work trip relaxing.”

“Stayed here for 2 nights in Oct. 2023. While the front desk staff was great, everything else here was just dismal and gross. Distressed/paper thin bed sheets, dirty bathroom with cracked fixtures, sweat stained pillows, smelly fridge caked with ice, questionable hot breakfast and undoubtedly the WORST coffee I've ever had(did NOT taste like coffee), food left in the stairwell for over 36hrs, lastly...it was a bit loud. Very disappointing, will not be booking through Hampton again.”

“Great new hotel with typical Hilton facilities. We had a king room with mountain view and it was really nice. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfy. I love that they have a microwave and fridge in the room - very convenient. There is plenty of parking and the hotel is very conveniently located close to shops and restaurants. It's about an hour's drive away from the Beaver Meadows entrance to Rocky Mountains. Stayed here for 2 days and not one single complaint.”
