“Great location with lots of affordable and more upmarket restaurants nearby. Dotonburi within walking distance, as is a very useful train station. Very friendly staff who are keen to help. Rooms are very reasonably priced for how nice and clean they are. We had a deluxe room but I believe there is a variety, including ones suited for families. Very good rainfall shower and nice full length mirror with side lighting. They have breakfast and laundry facilities. Despite being in a busy area, it’s very quiet. The beds are firm but not hard and the rooms have air conditioning. Only thing that could be improved is if it had more plush towels.”

“I was very happy about my stay until the last night. The cleansing staff who cleaned the room took away one of the key card I put in the room while I’m away. It’s okay as I still have a spare room key. It was like 5am in the morning, a male staff came to my room without any notice, apparently using the card which the cleansing staff had taken away. It is unacceptable as I’m a woman solo traveler. He later apologised and I’m fine with that. The most disappointing point is when I checked out at 0730, your Japanese girl staff (black hair) asked me where the hell another card was! I told her it was kept by your hotel. She asked me why and I had to tell the whole story again. Most importantly, she did not even apologise and her attitude was cool and poor. As I former hotelier, I didn’t expect a very high standard from a business hotel like this. Yet, her poor attitude further triggered me after not being able to take a good rest due to the mistake of your hotel. I don’t usually put a negative review publicly. As I can’t find any official email of your hotel, sorry that I have to write my review here.”

“I really loved how spacious the room was. It had its own bathroom and an awesome view of the river. There was plenty of room to stash our bags too. Despite being in a super touristy spot, I had a great night without any outside noise. They even hooked us up with yukatas, which my brother and husband totally rocked for a dip in the onsen. What I also adored was the traditional Japanese vibe of the place. Wish I could've stayed longer and soaked in that view from the room.”
