“I booked a corner suite and we stayed on the 22nd floor. Great views of the city! The room was essentially a studio apartment, so it was a bit small. It had a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, counter-top stove, microwave, toaster, and everything you need to prepare a full meal. I discovered the coffee maker was broken when trying to use it. This seems to be a theme with Hilton hotels. Leaving broken appliances in the rooms for guests to frustrate over. There was a half drank bottle of water between the bed and nightstand, not ours, housekeeping missed it between prior cleanings. Not that big of a deal. It could have been worse, like left over food. All hotel staff we encountered were friendly. Breakfast was included with our stay. Parking could not have been easier as the garage is the first 3 floors of the hotel. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and are planning a trip back (with the kids next time).”

“Customer service from the entire team was the best hospitality of any hotel I've stayed at. Rooms were spotlessly clean. AC worked well! (it was a high of 92 degrees & humid) Breakfast can be added when you book the room and it was worth it. Location was close to the highway. The pool was a solid amenity especially early in the morning. I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you everyone for literally being my shelter from the storm.”

“Great location, very safe and quiet. Hotel staff are all very nice. My only issue is the beds are awful, very bouncing and cause your back to ache the next day. My wife and kids love the new options for shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower area. I do enjoy staying here and I’m a Diamond member and I’ve stayed here many times, just need to change out beds for a better nights sleep. Brought family to Illinois State Fair and it’s within about 10 miles to the north.”

“I stopped by from a long day at work. I was at the Bar there watching football. The server/bartender there Brandi was great. Excellent customer service. She was the only person there serving food and drinks. She did it in a very timely manner as well. I recommend this place for a night cap. The rest of the crew enjoyed the evening as well.”

“Very happy with this hotel. Our infant daughter needed a surgery and we are from out of state we knew we would be staying for a week or two and searched high and low in the north and northwest suburbs for a hotel with Kitchenet and good reviews hard to find. Very pleased that we picked Homes 2 in Schaumburg. Great location dozen food spots within walking distance hotel was nice breakfast was good nothing extraordinary and rooms were in good shape and clean. You can ask for an induction hot plate with pan for more options on cooking. All the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend.”

“I think this is my first bad experience at a Hyatt hotel I am sad to say. Front desk staff was amazing on check in and to explain my issues. We had a 2 bedroom suite and the feel overall of the room felt like a motel 6. We had two bathrooms but one was clogged when we arrived, the other constantly ran all night which kept us up. We tried to call maintenance for over an hour but the line was busy and we never got through to anyone. We ended up shutting off the water of the clogged toilet. We would have done that on the running toilet but that was our only working toilet with 5 of us. I told someone in the morning at the front desk and he apologized. We were here for a Cheer. Competition at the NOW Arena and did not sleep well or have a good overall experience. I love many things about Hyatt hotels and up until now our experiences have been positive. The only thing that brought the service score up was the front desk staff.”

The hotel was very conveniently off interstate 55, and there were plenty of dining options in the area. The hotel had nice grass area for walking your dog, with poop stations with poop bags. The breakfast was probably one of the most complete breakfast offerings at any hotel I've. Stayed at. The hotel employees were all very nice, friendly and efficient.”

“The hotel was not very clean or well kept. There were bugs (ants, I think..) in my room. I travel frequently and this was definitely not one of the better locations I have visited. The patio space was dirty and the seating was moldy. The carpets were filthy and the room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned (other than a quick wipe down) in ages. The cloth furniture, both in the room and in the common areas, was dirty and full of stains. This would not be a hotel I would choose again should I find myself in the area in the future. I will say that the staff was very friendly but that is the only positive thing I can say!”

“Great location, and staff was amazing . Really nice ladies at the front desk. but the room smelled horrible, like mildew. The carpet was wet in the room from I'm assuming the super leaky air conditioning unit in the room. I had to use bathroom towels to catch the constant drip. the toilet had poop streaks in it - you could tell it hadn't been cleaned. The bathroom sink was nice until I noticed housekeeping covered the soap holder with new boxed soap but never removed the old used unpackaged bar from the last guests . For the price of the room I feel like more attention to detail would have Been nice.”
