“Stayed my second time at this very nice new hotel, while participating at the Vinyl Record Show in their conference center. The convenience of doing check-in, through the app , as well as using my phone as room key, really streamlined of my experience and saved valuable time. I actually never once went to the front desk on this visit, and was able to check out without having to leave my booth at the show. I did meet some of the staff who came to my booth, including Taylor from the front desk. They were very nice and helpful. I look forward to my next stay there!”

“I am a frequent guest at this hotel really disappointed with how one of my friends that also stays often was treated. He is a very sick man yesterday he had an episode he was admitted in the hospital later the same day! Instead of helping the security and staff escorted him out! He was treated differently because of the way he looks. Pay attention to people. Be compassionate don’t judge someone by the way they look. If they say they can’t breather don’t yell at them and use your watch to time them. Do Better!! He spends 1000 a month there at least.”

“Hotel is comfortable. Rooms are a bit dated. Complimentary breakfast offered is adequate. Lobby had water and coffee 24/7. One feature I really like is the toilet and shower are in separate areas in the room. Mattress was on the firmer side but I loved it. Room has microwave and fridge. Would stay here again but would love to see the hotel renovated in the future.”

“We received a complementary room from our rewards points so I’m rating 5 stars, but if we would have paid for the room it might be a little different. The room itself is pretty nice, comfortable bed, nice furniture etc… But the bathroom could use a little attention. The only thing worse than a shower curtain, is a stained up shower curtain. It kinda gave the whole bathroom an icky feel.”

“Very comfortable beds! So comfortable that we overslept. Helpful and friendly staff and newly renovated rooms and common areas. A small part of the dining area is being renovated. I could’ve done without the “Jewish” star of moloch motif on the wallpaper. Also too many Mexicans there.”

“We stay on December 22 left on 23. The parking out front was free because it was after 5 and plus it was the weekend. Didn't have to do Valet parking. The service was very friendly. When you became a member ask about the benefits. I wish that I ask because we could of check out at 2:00 instead of 11:00 so that we didn't have to hurry after eating breakfast. The place was decorated nice for Christmas.”
