“It was terrible. The room wasn’t what it showed it was and $75 for 1 extra pet is crazy. The Elevator didn’t work and the workers were rude. The only decent thing about it was its pool and even that was mid. It seemed way nicer online. Our thermostat didn’t even work and when you can’t even go through side doors to unload your stuff, why because there’s steps and carts can’t go up steps. The Toilet didn’t flush and there was no hot water. This play is absolutely terrible and sucks.”

“5 ⭐s for a 4 ⭐ hotel. Nothing was over the top amazing but we had a good overall experience. Rooms were mostly clean and comfortable. Service was good. And breakfast was good. The price seemed a bit high considering everything but still okay. Only issue we had was above us there were terrible parents letting their kids run laps across the floor but the hotel let us switch rooms so thank you for that!!!”

“Bed was comfortable and room was cleaned well. However, the TV stand had what looked like crinkled up wrappers holding it up so that it would not wobble. Kind of tacky. Customer service both on the phone and in person was rude and acted like they simply didn’t care. Stay was fine for 1 night.”
