“Worst ever experience in this hotel. They served us dinner which was pathetic. It was not just tasteless but there was smell in paneer dish. When asked to cancel order, they didn't agree and asked me to pay complete bill. Being with family they also threatened to pay or checkout immediately at 11 pm that too on Dec 2023 when roads were filled with dense fog.”

“Location is too good. But the thing which I like the most was the behaviour of the staff that I have never ever seen anywhere . They are so caring. We asked for extra bed, pillow that they provided us without any additional charge. One cup tea means one pot tea which is sufficient for two people. Room was very neat and clean no bugs and dust at all which I found in maximum hotels. They provided complimentary breakfast which was just like home cooked food. Very nice and comfortable staying.”
