“Very good and convenient location hotel . Not noisy, clean and friendly. Rooms are specious, breakfast is satisfactory and the lobby is nicely decorated and cosy. You can play some boards games over a hot tea. In particular, I would like to thank Soudraya for her friendly and professional service. Thank you and keep it the same.”

“It’s an old motel don’t think it’s like a luxury Manor house but it’s located good close to Canterbury, have a good size garden with very good breakfast abut the rooms are old. If you compare with the price and service it’s fair enough. They’re asking to share your credit card details even if you booked and paid online which is weird and not safe. They have free parking space.”

“Stayed here for a 2nd time for a small family party. A bit out in the middle of nowhere but as only staying one night it was OK. All as you would expect from a Holiday Inn - a bit impersonal. Layout a bit strange - rooms spread across a wide area and on 3 floors. NO LIFT which was problematic for the more elderly members of the family. Said they could only provide pizzas for us as they were doing a wedding (even though the hotel appeared totally empty apart from us!!) and the pizzas were not brilliant. Breakfast was fine all buffet. Room comfortable with complimentary tea and coffee. Drinks expensive ( bit then it's a hotel....)”

“Staff were great. Very helpful and friendly even at 0030 hrs when our room key malfunctioned! Easy check in/check out. Room was very clean and comfy. Breakfast the following morning as lovely too. Highly recommended”
