“Just weird. We were on the second floor and periodically heard a loud banging sound, like someone hammering metal. The same sound woke me up about 11:30pm. When I called the front desk he told me that yes, he heard the sound and that it was the dishwasher (maybe he meant a washing machine) banging on a pipe and that other rooms had called to complain. He asked if we wanted to change rooms and I said I just wanted them to turn the machine off. No apologies were made and he seemed annoyed. He thought they were “probably” done running the “dishwasher.” So the hotel employees knew the racket they were making and decided to just make it anyway. At after 11:00pm. This was just the major issue. There were others. Just weird to stay at a Hilton hotel and have this kind of thing. My advice is avoid this particular hotel.”

“Room was very clean, smelled good bed was comfortable. Did not use the pool but looked very clean, area was very nice. No outside noise at all during the night or in hallways. We stayed in the middle so the balcony wall was a little high could not have a great view, but overall it was a very good experience!”
