“The hotel is not well maintained. The front lobby reeked of marijuana. The hotel room smelled like someone had dumped a bucket of urine on the floor. Immediately upon entering the room, I began to wheeze and my family member’s allergies were triggered. The best thing about the experience was the sweet young lady at the front desk. She said the previous occupants probably had a dog in the room because Hilton and Hampton Inns are now all pet friendly hotels. I got a refund, cut my trip short, then headed back home. Don’t waste your time or money. The only reason I gave a rating of one was because zero was not an option.”

“This place was absolutely great! The water pressure and temperature were perfect. The room was super clean! The amenities were nice and convenient. The location is a great spot because of all the shopping and restaurants near by. I love the shampoo, conditioner and body soap provided. Smells so good. The staff from desk to cleaning service was nothing but friendly, helpful and amazing!”
