“Would NOT recommend for the amount of $$$ you pay per night! We are staying here 2 nights for a softball tournament and we are a family of 4. We were assigned a room with a king bed and a pullout. The room is so small… we had to move furniture to even be able to pull out the sofa bed. We had no room to put suitcases. I went to use the laundry and 2 of the 4 washers were broken. You also have to purchase a token to use the washer and dryer and it’s $2 per token! Paying this much per night and they can’t even provide complimentary laundry?! Also, breakfast is only 6am to 9am, so don’t plan on sleeping in if you want to eat! The parking spaces are super tight as well, so if you have a truck of SUV, be mindful. There are many other hotel options for less $$$ in the area so shop around. We would not have stayed here if we would have known all of this. I guess I was expecting a lot more for the amount you pay per night.”

“I would rate it at 4.5 if I could. The good; it's a pet friendly hotel and one guest could not control her dogs (or her children). I called the front desk and they moved me far away from psycho lady. As it turned out 3 other guests also moved due to the noise from room 314. The bad; it was unanimous, the bright yellow substance labeled as eggs was grainy, odd tasting and just plain yucky. Bad #2; the lids for the coffee cups did not fit the coffee cups. Very inconvenient. Other than that the place was great, very clean.”

“Was checked in by the maintenance guy after we waited five minutes. The check in person saw us but kept doing what’s she was doing. Didn’t even say “I’ll be right with you” with three people waiting at the desk. She came by later. Still no apology for not being there to check us in. Also, lobby smelled like chlorine because the door to the pool was wide open. The lobby also looked worn. Time to renovate? The room was clean but the shower rod dropped down. Don’t you check these things before guests come in?? I picked the Hampton Inn because they were the best but that was a few years ago. Also, paper thin walls. I could clearly hear normal conversation next door. Well, there goes my decision for future stays.☹️. Can’t wait for breakfast!😕 The manager asked me to contact her about my concerns which I did, and her response was to tell me that with regards to the thin walls, the whole building would have to be demolished and rebuilt. Even though that may be the case, I felt as though this manager was less than helpful, put me in the defensive, and definitely was less than accommodating with regards to my stay. I really must learn not to call managers back when they ask you to speak with them about your concerns because it’s just lip service. She also said that there was nothing she could do to compensate me for my poor stay because I booked the room to a third-party payer. If she really wanted to do something, she would’ve.”
