“Newly updated hotel in a fantastic location. In the heart of shopping & restaurants which makes it very convenient. I called a few weeks ago to purchase a room last minute as our flight got cancelled and they accommodated us with early check in and were also able to give us last minute late checkout (only one hour but still very very helpful). Polite staff, Gloria at the front desk was so wonderful, even remembered my daughters name and said hi to her everytime we saw her. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was how cold the pool water was.. too cold for our 1 year old to enjoy ):”

“this is the nicest non-luxury hotel i have ever stayed in! the rooms are so nice and clean with huge windows and great ammenties. the gym is the best hotel gym i have ever seen (full weight rack included), everyone was super nice and the breakfast had great options. it was also so reasonably priced. don’t bother even looking at other hotels, stay here”

“Our room was very spacious and comfy. The front desk staff was awesome. Very friendly and helpful at recommending great places to eat/grab a drink. The location is good very walkable to the business district as well as the campus area. Parking is not free but appears reasonable compared to other downtown options. We got a complimentary breakfast which was adequate. Our only complaint is the A/C is not the best and would constantly reset itself to 60 degrees.”
