“Stayed here for a few weeks for a work trip and was always greeted by friendly staff. Room was always cleaned and with fresh towels, bedding, and clean dishes. Hotel was quiet and not uncomfortably busy. Front desk always smiling and friendly especially the one guy at nights he was always friendly and talkative. Great stories and conversation but also helpful! Deserves a raise! Cleaning crew was very thorough and it's very much appreciated! Only complaint could of been limited options for microwavable breakfast but only near the end of the stay did that get old. Would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you for the warm welcome”

“Just finished a ten day stay so we could host holiday guests in our home. Location was perfect as it was close to our home but also across the street from the mall, we took advantage of that and got some early morning shopping done. While the rooms could use some updates, the staff and service make up for it. I had one issue during my stay and Gege handled it quickly and made up for the issue. I didn’t get the names of the other staff but everyone I encountered was pleasant and professional. Breakfast had ample of choices.”

“If you are thinking about staying here, think twice!!! Thought we were staying in a nice, safe place. WRONG! Someone tried to steal our Corvette-parked under the lights. Broke out the window, damaged the trim. $2000+. Police told us it was not a good area, and that they have had a lot of trouble with vandalism and theft. We wont be staying here anymore. Irony is, they have an underground parking area-The staff new I had parked outside when I checked in - never told me about it. Security guard and police were helpful - too little too late. Asked the staff if they would be gracious enough to comp the room for the trouble. They gave me the old "Legally.....No". We came with 2 others who had their own rooms- not like the hotel was going to lose a lot of $$$.”

“Super walkable location. Rooms were just fine. Despite being relatively new, it kinda felt like an older hotel that was renovated to look modern with bright colors and geometric shapes. I wish they had more warm-yellow lights in the room instead of the bluish-white lights.”

“We always enjoy staying here. It is nice to have a kitchen and living area as well as a comfortable bed. The couches could be a little more comfortable, but they are better than none. The staff is friendly and helpful. Their breakfast always smells good, but when in Fort Worth, we always have to have German Pancakes at Ol South Pancake House on University. This hotel is centrally located and easy to get into and out of the area.”

“Everything was fine till this morning. The hotel is very clean just like I like it and was headed for 5 stars. I think the employees need a retrain on the privileges of Diamond members! 2nd time in as many weeks that I've run into issues. I sat for several minutes enjoying my coffee didn't see any questions being asked of guests till I got up to get some fruit. Guy tries to act like he's trying to help but really just wants to know whether I have a voucher. I told him I'm a Diamond Member and if its not covered ill pay. He proceeds to question me about my room then my name. Only to find out from the lady at the front that yes I have all the bells and whistles. I don't appreciate being questioned period. I don't appreciate staffing not knowing the benefits of the membership levels. We give way too much business to Hilton to have these "kind" of issues. I do not want to bring race into this but if the shoe fits wear it! Look at my review from last week in Wichita Falls similar situation. Training is definitely needed some diversity training would be great as well!”

“I was very pleased with my weekend stay this hotel. The room was very spacious with several sitting options so that you won't be stuck sitting I bed or an uncomfortable chair. The room and hotel were clean upon our arrival. The breakfast is good. It is an easy commute to AT&T stadium and Globe Life Field. I loved the convenience of the digital check-in and key. Overall it was a pleasant stay.”

“This has been the worst hotel stay in my life. I am usually happy with Hampton Inn’s however this one did me dirty. I had to switch room three times in this hotel. The first room I entered was dirty and not at all cleaned. They apologized and gave me a new room. The second room had a grasshoppers infestation. When I confronted the front desk about the issue they told me that it was normal and that I had don’t to worry about. They refused to do anything about it. I had to call corporate to force them to switch me to another room. Unfortunately the third room also had an infestation problem. At this point I had to play the role of an exterminator to the point where I was able to sleep comfortably. This was a horrific experience. I will not be coming back here again. Please avoid this place at all cost. It’s not worth the struggle. I had to beg them for a discount that the corporate office gave me. Not cool.”
