“Nice hotel, central location and quiet neighborhood setting with great a free parking garage. Breakfast was included and has a good selection of options. Room nice, no heat vent in bathroom. The sink/vanity is outside the bathroom with no wall to separate from the bed area, so the light is very bright. A dimmer switch or nightlight option would help make it more usable during the night. Common areas are nice, everything is clean. Didn't use the pool because it was full of children. A girls dance team was here during our first night and they were extremely loud in the hallways and inside their rooms. Not enough to complain to the hotel staff though. Overall, a positive stay and I'd definitely return if ever back in Columbus.”

“This is a cheap hotel, but I cannot speak more highly of the staff. Superb people work here. The breakfast isn't tasty, the gym is missing 50% is it's weights and only 1 is the 3 treadmills works.... The curtain doesn't really go down and the heater doesn't work great, and the bathroom door is broken but the sheets are soft and it's relatively quiet. It's worth the cost, and the staff truly make up for any of the cheapness.”

“I had never stayed at a Fairfield BUT moving forward, I'll add this to my Marriott list! The staff was awesome and so welcoming! Made the check in enjoyable after a LONG drive. Got to my room and it was perfect! Clean and super comfortable. I was so impressed, I booked ahead another week when I return to Columbus! The bar was super friendly and relaxing! Looking forward to my week stay!”

“Excellent HGI property that lives up to the quality standards you'd expect. The staff is particularly outstanding as I had a booking error (my fault) and they made sure I was able to get the kind of room I wanted. Rooms are clean and you can tell the staff is trained to pay attention to detail. Plenty of parking. If there was one item I'd take exception to is a lack of easy handicapped accessibility to the hotel from the non-handicapped designated parking area (you would need to go around to the road entrances if steps are an issue).”

“Rooms are comfortable and quite clean, including the bathroom featuring bright vanity mirror. Breakfast was fresh with a good selection of hot items, muffins and fruit. The grounds and lobby are kept clean. The staff are all friendly and accommodating to guest's requests. The location is excellent for Dublin, the north suburbs and downtown is just minutes away. An excellent value overall.”

“The clerk at the front desk ruined my last day of 10 years of life in the United States on the Christmas eve. 1. I checked in with eight luggage to move back to my country. I asked the person at the front desk if they can call anywhere to find the cart. The clerk did not try to help or even pretend to help us and went there is nowhere to call or ask. 2. This person gave us the room at the end of the hallway. The room had weired smell and no electricity. I had to go to the front desk again because even the phone didn’t work. The clerk said there are so many people “like you” and this person knows what happened and asked us “just turn on the switch”. I and my husband had to go back and forth to double check. After asked again, this person found the room actually had no electricity. The person finally changed the room with no smells and had electricity even though the person said no room available previously. 3 Like I said, it is Christmas eve and the last day of being in US. I had a lot of mixed feeling, but now thanks to this hotel, I really want to go back to my country. This people never like me. Thanks for ruining my last day.”
