“Got a wheelchair accessible room. It was very large both the room and the bathroom. Wheelchair accessible shower with a seat that folded out from the wall. Good pillows. Not flat as a piece of paper. Had some substance to them. Great service at the front desk. Breakfast was good. Coffee was good.”

“Anthony was very welcoming, definitely the person you want at the front desk (hard to not see his name in almost every review here). The room was great - layout wise. Similar to other reviews, the room wasn't 'dirty' persay, but just needed some extra attention to detail (there were still streamers and decorations from the previous party hanging from the walls - hard to miss that; but again, not dirty). The shower was amazing, highly needed after some travel. Black out curtains worked great, although leaf removal started at 7am (blah).”

“Staff was unfriendly, irritable, and non-responsive to communication through the World of Hyatt chat feature indicating our arrival time. We were flagged as a no-show, losing our upgraded room in the process and having to re-process our stay at the front desk. Room service was not conducted at all during our stay. We asked for staff to at least bring some fresh towels up and we were instructed come down and get them ourselves. Expected low-service; received no-service.”

“For a quick relaxation trip, the room was great. Clean relaxing room, breakfast area was clean and food was decent. But...jets in the hot tub were barely working, however the pool area was clean and Michelle brought towels when we let her know they were out. What we did notice was the back patio are could be used a little better like the hotel next door, fire pit, possibly corn hole.There is a decent amount of room and I think this hotel could use that slight upgrade out there...the inside has it with the fireplace, would love to see the outside have it. Thanks for having us♥️”

“Our stay was very enjoyable! The initial reservation on line was easy and then when I called to inquire about an early check in, I was informed how best to do so that morning and was accommodated easily. They even sorted out shifting from a King to 2 Queen beds efficiently. Check in staff was friendly and informative about local restaurants, providing an entire list to choose from in the quaint area of Holly Springs. The rooms are quiet, clean and spacious with comfortable beds. We had everything needed to enjoy our stay including a mini fridge in the room and microwave in the common area with all day complimentary coffee service. Breakfast was hearty with plenty of options to satisfy even picky eaters. They even have washers and dryers on site which is a bonus for a family! The staff was courteous and helpful with positive attitudes and service with a smile.”

“Very comfortable "suite style" room that had a kitchenette and separate living and sleeping rooms. Service was rated lower because they cancelled the evening reception the night we stayed, but didn't discount the room rate to compensate. Location is in a peaceful setting, but I could clearly hear the Interstate traffic from my bedroom. Overall, I'd stay here again, especially if traveling with family.”

“We've stayed here nearly every year since we moved out of the area 10 years ago. This morning the buffet served half frozen sausage, off color dehy eggs, and had run out of coffee, yogurt, oatmeal, waffles, cream cheese, peanut butter, and who knows what else.. By 745a.. While having service until 930. They were not helpful and were unapologetic. One of the two elevators was broken for all but one day of our 6 day stay. The toilet wouldn't stay unclogged with only average use. The hairdryer broke. One towel had rust stains. Even though I had selected every other day room turn over when asked at online check in, none was ever received. We had to ask for more toilet paper. I understand the strain of the holidays and especially the impacts of COVID, but this was the worst hotel stay I've had this decade.”

“This hotel is very convenient to the Triangle Town Center mall and major roads. It is somewhat walkable to other shopping and restaurants (they are close, but there is lots of traffic and not many pedestrian crossings). The area around the hotel (not the hotel property) was a bit unkept. The landscaping was overgrown and there was a lot of trash. The hotel property itself was very neat and clean inside and out. The king room was spacious and comfortable for 2 people. I do wish that housekeeping had been a bit more diligent about checking room supplies. The shampoo and conditioner dispensers were both empty and we only had one regular coffee pod for the in room machine. Pets are allowed and there is a nice indoor pool. The breakfast was adequate, but could have used some more variety from day to day. Overall, it was a nice hotel, and we would stay here again if in the area.”

“Very Friendly and prompt service, very clean, thoughtful and complimentary items (bottled water, evening cookies, to-go breakfast bags for checkout). The breakfast is typical fare but is served (by Carolyn) in an organized way, constantly replenished and cleaned. Fitness room is also typical but is clean and functioning equipment and televisions. Frankly, I did not expect all this at this price point. This is my hometown & I visit often to see family. BEST hotel experience I’ve had in Wake Forest.”

“Honestly, the Hilton brands are no longer living up to their parent company's image. Hampton Inn used to be a prime hotel for families and causal travel. I, once again, was disappointed with this specific Hilton offshoot. The entry was fine, but the hallways and elevator speak to the actual age of the hotel. We found a lot of chipped paint and old musty carpet. The room was clean enough however the bathroom needed a more thorough floor cleaning. There was a LOT of grime behind the door of the bathroom. The hotel also did not have working ice machines and at one point during our stay, they ran out of washcloths. The front desk staff was nice but seemed not to follow directions too well (including their own). The hot breakfast was alright. The only issue was the canned fruit. Everything tasted like pineapple lol. It was an adequate stay but if your budget allows, go for a better quality hotel or the Courtyard that is located down the road.”
