“I stayed here for a week for a conference, and I loved it. I booked a King Suite, and the room was incredibly large, especially considering the cost. The location of this hotel is amazing. You are a few blocks from Union Square, a few blocks from the Convention Center, and a block away from BART and bus lines. I would 100% stay here again in the future.”

“I am completely disgusted in my room.Toenail and hair found in the bathroom and blood in my spare blanket. Apparently they cannot even be bothered to keep such small dorm like rooms clean. I will not be trying any food, drinks or ice in this building based on the cleanliness of the rooms. Also have mention the walls and floors are so old and thin I can hearing my neigherbors from all sides. Front desk staff is the only redeemable quality. Do not let the “boutique” lobby fool you, it’s a run down less than basic SF hotel.”
