“The location was the only value here. One-week trip was booked and skipped one day that was still paid and had been noticed before. However, when I came and checked in, the receptionist said it hadn't been ?? Then I had to change clothes in a tiny toilet at the ground floor. After 15 mins, the room was ready, but my mood was gone. Suddenly, the receptionist asked me several times what time I would have breakfast without any explanation... I did not answer and went to my room. I won't recommend this hotel. Cheers.”

“It's conviniently close to Porta Nuova train station. I rented a room of three beds. Beds were clean and the room was tidy. Some areas of the hotel need a refresh and the breakfast was not the best as it looked more like a supermarket shelf.”
