“This wonderful hotel made my stay the happiest time! It's a short walk from mall road, but you can spend a quiet time at night without being noisy. My friend is deaf and the hotel staff was very helpful. The beds and sofas are very clean and there are not bothered by insects .The view was amazing from the hotel .There are two fans on the ceiling, so it is comfortable even if you turn off the fans when you sleep.””

“It was nice experience to me. The beautiful view was enough to make yourself sit at there and take a relaxing full cup of tea. The room is to much nice & the quality that i get from my meal was too delicious 😋. “I stayed in this hotel from date of 6th Jan to 8 Jan 2024..and I suffer worst behaviour of Staff and Owner Mr. Vivek also..the room heaters are not working properly and he can't listen to his guest..washroom gizer was not Working well..The Staff Behavior with Me is completely not acceptable for any Guest..the rude language is not acceptable for Guest. And the owner is Backing his Staff as well. THE PRESEDENT HOTEL is not good for and plan for Manali..I advice all to do not stay in this hotel for any plan.Complete Worst Experiance.”

“Never had such a bad experience in any of the hotels anywhere. Ever. For the price, you only will get a room with a bed and the story ends there. There were no toiletries in the washroom, no refreshments in the room. As there was nothing in the room, we couldn't even have coffee or tea. They don't have a kitchen, so forget about any kind of food service. No microwave so you can't even warm up the food which you'll have to get from the mall road or any other place. The rooms were clean and had warm running water though. Don't go there by looking at the photos. Location is nothing to write about. Narrow lanes and hidden inside town. There is no view from the room and you'll only see buildings or their walls.”
