“My wife and I stayed here for a couple of nights. The hotel was decorated very nice and all of the staff was very friendly. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast bar offered a good variety of items that tasted very good. The only negative thing for me is the location. But other than that it was a pleasant stay.”

“The room was small. Too soft pillows, had to bring my own. Bathroom small, ceiling fan weak, no dresser to put our clothes in. Closet was miniscule. The sleeper soda was uncomfortable to sit on. The TV stations available were terrible. Not everyone wants to watch news and sports. Would have loved to relax after our meetings watching HGTV and Foid network The coffee packets provided were very good. The free breakfast was very good too. The employees went out of their way to be helpful. One employee, Shandon, tracked down a better refrigerator for us and personally brought it to our room so I could keep my insulin cold. They greeted us everytime we entered the lobby. The hotel is undergoing renovations so hopefully they will correct the problems.”

“We have stayed in this location for three nights before new year. I didn't pay attention that this hotel is under innoviation, and was not allowed to cancel or change any other locations of Hyatt Place Dallas. That is okay. But the smell is irritant in the hallway, I was told there is no smells when I was calling them to cancel or change. They lied. The elevator didn't work during our stay. The problem is we were told "every single day" they would fix the elevator "tomorow". They lied too. The room size, especially the restroom size is much smaller than as shown in pictures. The pictures are cheating. The free breakfast was okay, not good no bad, but the staff serving the breakfast is nice.”

“We had a delightful stay here!! We were there for two nights and had no issues whatsoever. The room, as well as all public areas were clean. Staff was welcoming. The only complaint we had at all, was the lighting in our room. It felt a little dark in the sitting area even with all the available lights on. Other than that, everything was great. Would absolutely stay again!!”

“We were here 6 nights, 7 days for a business training. First let me say we would stay here again. The rooms were large & clean upon arrival. The staff were very kind, professional and accommodating. You get hot breakfast every day. Kitchen complete with full size refrigerator and microwave. The cons were few but there were some. Several small things in the room were broken. The bathroom door would not lock and the shower door would not close completely. We were downstairs in room 101. The pool was outside our window. It was cold so no one swimming but there was a speaker above the window. It played music around the clock. However we asked them to turn it down or off at night. After that, they had it off at night. My biggest complaint was housekeeping only came 2x in 6 nights. I had to ask after a couple of days of her not coming. I did go to the desk to get towels, toilet paper and trash bags since the room is only stocked for one night. Which I thought was odd at an extended stay hotel. But it’s because house keeping is supposed to come daily. Overall it wasn’t terrible. I have stayed at worse. And any complaints I had, the staff tried to address immediately I would visit again and recommend this hotel. Heather was especially helpful”
