“The advertising shows there is a pool. There was masking tape over where the pool had been on the directory but no one told us till we were there and there had been numerous emails sent prior to check in not one mentioned no pool. Also, gym only good for maybe a couple and to alternate equipment use. Only one bench and light weights not enough room for proper stretching if more than 2 persons want to use Ata time. Rooms are clean but molding had been cracked and painted over and tub needs refinishing.other wise beds were comfortable and natural light in rooms are sufficient for comfort”

Hotel 3 star Bed & breakfast

“The front desk staff were friendly, helpful and very accommodating. The breakfast attendant was diligent and worked very hard to make sure everything was fully stocked and available for guests. Unfortunately, I encountered housekeeping staff several times in the elevator and they were rude and unfriendly. My rating reflects highly on the cleanliness of the hotel and the room. I used the public bathroom on the second floor on my first day and one of the stalls was absolutely disgusting. I went back two days later and it looked exactly the same. One of the sinks did not work at all and had no sensor to turn on. The mirror in my room was dirty and had visible hand prints and smears all across the glass. The shower had a false eyelash on the floor of the shower when we went to use it. It's a shame the room and hotel were neglected because the front desk staff were so nice and the hotel is located in a convenient area.”
